At present,with the rapid development of the market economy,enterprises and organizations must establish an efficient talent team if they want to remain invincible in the market economy environment which is increasingly stimulated by global competition.For oilfield engineering enterprises,front-line employees,as the direct source of enterprise value creation,their performance is crucial to the enterprise.Therefore,whether the enterprise's incentive mechanism can arouse the enthusiasm of front-line employees and promote their hard work directly affects the enterprise performance.A good incentive mechanism generally combines the development prospect of the enterprise with the personal development of employees.Only in this case,the enterprise has cohesion,and this kind of cohesion to a large extent determines how far the enterprise can go on the development path.Employees based on SL oilfield engineering co.,LTD as the research object,with modern enterprise incentive mechanism as the research content,low efficiency in enterprises are analyzed,progress is slow,employee morale depressed cause,combined with domestic and foreign relevant research of incentive theory and the enterprise actual situation,establish the matching countermeasures,solve the enterprise employees in management incentive problem,an effective incentive mechanism,provide a reliable means for the enterprise long-term development.Firstly,the research problem was determined,and the relevant research theories on employee motivation of domestic and foreign scholars were reviewed in detail.It was clear that the needs of employees in different stages were different,and differentiated incentive mechanism should be established based on the characteristics of employees.Second,through questionnaire investigation on SL oilfield engineering co.,LTD.,a line of research,the present situation and problems of employee incentive employees found in the vast majority of people are not satisfied with the current incentives for company,through analysis of the SL oilfield engineering co.,LTD.,a line of employees incentive problems have the improper unreasonable compensation system,performance appraisal,reward means heavy form has no effect and staff development is not valued.The reasons for these problems are the imperfect management mechanism,the lack of scientific incentive management concept and the lack of cultural atmosphere.The following countermeasures are proposed for SL oilfield engineering co.,ltd.to solve the problems of front-line employee motivation:streamline management and improve management mechanism;Diversified collocation,optimize the incentive concept;People-oriented,create a cultural atmosphere.And put forward the guarantee measures for the incentive countermeasures for the front-line employees of SL oilfield engineering co.,LTD.,The first is to strengthen the construction of human resource management,the second is to strengthen the applicability of incentive mechanism,and the third is to further strengthen the publicity and implementation of corporate culture.
