Container transportation is one of the largest transportation modes in the world,and the demand for containers is increasing day by day.However,the traditional hardwood resources(such as abiton,clonal wood)are gradually exhausted,so the research of using fast-growing trees instead of traditional wood to prepare container floor has important practical significance.In this study,the eucalyptus veneer was impregnated with phenolic resin adhesive,and the plywood and all Eucalyptus container floor were prepared.The purpose is to improve the mechanical properties of eucalyptus veneer and Eucalyptus plywood,and to explore the mechanical properties of all Eucalyptus container floor,so that expand the application of Eucalyptus in container floor.In the experiment,Eucalyptus oleifera and Eucalyptus fast-growing veneer were used as raw materials,and the veneer was impregnated by different impregnation processes.The properties of veneer and plywood is examined by single factor test,orthogonal test,range analysis and variance analysis,and the results show that:(1)The effects of impregnation concentration and time on the weight gain of eucalyptus veneer were studied by single factor experiment,and the mechanical properties of 7 ply plywood made by impregnation veneer were investigated.The results showed that the weight-gain rate of veneer increased with the increase of impregnation concentration.when the impregnation timewas less than 40 min,the weight-gain rate of veneer increased with the increase of impregnation time,and when the impregnation time was 40 min,the weight-gain rate of veneer decreased instead.When the impregnation concentration of eucalyptus oil plywood was 11,the impregnation time was 20 min,the performance was the best,and when the impregnation concentration of veneer was 13,the impregnation time was 30 min,the weight-gain rate of veneer increased with the increase of impregnation time Best performance.(2)Orthogonal test was used to optimize the impregnation process,and the influence of hot pressing process on the mechanical properties of plywood was studied.At the same time,the section density distribution was analyzed.The results show that,the impregnation concentration and hot pressing pressure are the main factors.The optimum technology of Eucalyptus oleifera plywood is the impregnation concentration Baume 11 and the impregnation time is 10 minutes.The hot pressing pressure was 1 MPa and the hot pressing time is 1.0 min / mm.The mechanical properties of the board prepared by this technology are static bending strength 120.7 MPa,elastic modulus 14903 MPa,short span shear force3105N;the optimum technology of Fast-growing Eucalyptus plywood is impregnation concentration The mechanical properties of the plate prepared by this process are: static bending strength 111.5mpa,elastic modulus 13576 mpa,short span shear force 1880 n.The results of section density analysis show that the higher the surface density is,the higher the static bending strength is.(3)According to the optimal process,the whole Eucalyptus container floor was prepared,and the mechanical properties of the floor were tested.The results show that the mechanical properties of eucalyptus oil floor meet the requirements of national standards,while the mechanical properties of Fast-growing Eucalyptus floor do not meet the requirements of standards.(4)After the implementation of the production line,the market price of the solid wood composite container floor products that have been mass produced is2950 yuan / m3,the raw material used in the paper is eucalyptus veneer,theproduction cost is 2403.5 yuan / m3,and the profit is 546.42 yuan / m3.According to the annual output of 4598m3,the estimated annual output value is13.5641 million yuan,and the annual profit is 2512400 yuan,which can bring good economic output and benefit ?...
