"AIE" phenomenon,due to its unique "turn-on" effect and its easy expanding applications and other characteristics,has gradually been the concern of multiple research groups,and gradually extended for chemical testing and biological testing,and other fields.A large numbers of research groups and research teams have carried out a lot of research,and use this important phenomenon made out a lot of scientific research and achieved fruitful results.In this work,we have synthesized several compounds by coupling reaction,Schiff-base reaction and Suzuki reaction,respectively,including the synthesis of two kinds of compounds based on triphenylpyrrole and pentaphenylpyrrole respectively.The detection of cyanide ions in the water by TPP-CN and PPP-CN has a specific fluorescence response to cyanide ions in water.The detection of cyanide ions is very fast and the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent reagents with the fluorescence quenching was accompanied by the "blue shift" of the fluorescence.The difference between the detection time and the detection limit was also different.We studied the mechanism and extended the application of the cyanide ion.At the same time,we also synthesized a compound by Schiff base reaction which can detect pH.The material has obvious AIE property in n-hexane/ dichloromethane system and can be different in acidic environment.When the pH in the detection environment is over 6,the substance will undergo fluorescence enhancement with decreasing pH and accompanied by a red shift in the fluorescence color,and will exhibit the strongest value at the pH of 3.When the pH continues to drop,the material will show a decrease in fluorescence.Copper ions work as an important inorganic salt,in the human body environment to maintain balance and other important significance.We synthesized triphenylpyrrole-based derivative containing alkynyl,which is named TPP-Q and based on the coupling reaction.And the use of the material and the attendance of containing azide functional groups react with each other,using intracellular copper ions and vitamins as the reaction conditions in the cell and basing on “Click reaction”,to achieve the fluorescence of the cell lighting behavior.
