The turn-milling machining center is a new machine in the world mechanical processing areas. Due to its high efficiency and machining precision cutting, it has been used more widely in the industrial developed countries. It can achieve most or all of the processes of processing to complete the workpiece through one fixture. The using of turn-milling machining center can shorten the production cycle, while ensure the high machining accuracy. At present, the use of turn-milling machining center in china has just started. Theoretical of the research in this area is relatively little. So the research of the machining accuracy based on the turn-milling machining center has important practical significance.The turn-milling machining center develops towards the direction of the high-speed, high-precision, intelligent and composite. During the many factors affecting the machining accuracy, the geometric errors of machine tools and cutting force occupy on an important position. The analysis of geometric error sources and establishing the geometric error model of milling machining center, which can provide a theoretical basis for the error compensation. This paper will review the factors potentially affecting the machining accuracy based on the WFLM35turn-milling machining center. Then modeling of positioning for WFLM35turn-milling machining center based on the multi-body system theory. Finally, the milling crankshaft, for example, expounded the basic principles of orthogonal turn milling. Analysis of deformation of the cutting force on the crankshaft using simulation software. Specific research of this paper are as follows:(1) Described the structure of the milling machining center. Research and summarize the error sources which affect the milling machining accuracy, especially, the geometric errors of machine tools. And describe briefly the machine geometric error modeling theory and method. Described the representation of the geometric errors of milling machining center.(2) Using the multi-body system kinematics theory to analyze the geometric error sources of WFLM35turn-milling machining center. Then establish the topology of the machine, and to set up the geometric error model in the lathe model and in the milling model. Lastly, analyze the geometric error how to affect the machining accuracy.(3) Machining complex crankshaft, for example, explained the basic principles of orthogonal turn-milling. Then establish the cutting force model of the orthogonal turn-milling. In this paper, Adopting the three-dimensional model of crankshaft by ProE4.0, then import this model to the ANSYS11.0. Focus on the analysis of cutting force on the crankshaft torsional deformation.
