| The technology of adding microbial agents in bioremediation has the advantages of less investment,quick effect and simple operation,so it is gradually recognized by people.As a complete ecosystem,water environment has been affected by various natural and human factors in the process of industrialization and urbanization,and its water quality and quantity have changed.The water environment is not only directly related to the people’s agricultural production and physical quality,but also affects the social harmony and stability.Good water environment governance must be based on scientific governance policies,and the scientific formulation of policies necessarily requires scientific research data,which is the purpose and significance of this study.The purpose of this paper is to study the in-situ remediation of black and odorous water body,carry out the cause analysis test of black and odorous water body,explore the mechanism of black and odorous landscape water body,determine the key water quality factors affecting the black and odorous water body,and carry out experimental research on sediment degradation control.In this paper,microbial growth promoters are used to control the black and smelly phenomenon of river surge.The biological preparation is extracted from the nature of beneficial microorganisms,after screening and purification,the use of immobilized technology to lactobacillus,bacillus,yeast and other bacteria and in the fermentation process of the enzyme fixation on the wheat bran carrier.According to the actual situation of black and smelly water pollution,the method of microbial growth-promoting agent and the optimal dosage of microbial growth-promoting agent were determined through experiments.Pilot test was carried out in Taizi River selected test area.The water quality problem of black and odorous water was obviously improved after the experiment.The water quality after treatment and restoration met the requirements of V-type water quality in "Surface Water Environmental Quality Standard"(GB3838-2002),and also met the requirements of "Urban Sewage Recycling and Utilization of Landscape Environmental Water".Quality(GBT/18921-2002)water quality standards. |
