Research On Rural Environmental Pollution Control In Maocun Town,Tongshan District

The problems of environmental pollution in rural areas have always been a livelihood issue concerned by all,which not only affects the economic development,but also hinders the improvement of rural living environment.A series of chain problems caused by rural environmental pollution have greatly reduced the happiness of villagers and their pursuit of a better life.Therefore,it is necessary to control the rural environmental pollution,and make a real effort to solve this problem fundamentally.Through interview and questionnaire survey,we find Maocun Town has adopted some main measures to control rural environmental pollution,such as continually carry out rural environment pollution treatment actions,strengthen the source pollution of agricultural production,launched "messy" enterprise comprehensive treatment,and actively mobilize villagers to participate in the environmental pollution control actions,etc;from this we has achieved lots of effects,including the awareness level of rural environmental pollution control is constantly improved,rural environmental pollution control is paid more and more attention,the overall appearance of rural environment has changed positively,wastes has been effectively treated,pollution reduction reaches standards,etc.However,there are still many problems in rural environmental pollution treatment of Maocun Town,such as the tendency of "motion-based treatment" is obvious,lack of treatment funds,the low professional level,and poor coordination among governing subjects.The causes of these problems mainly include: the assessment orientation of grass-roots government under the pressure system,the narrow financing channels for rural environmental pollution treatment,lack of effective prevention and control mechanism for rural environmental pollution,the poor understanding of the rural grass-roots government on environmental control,and the relatively weak environmental awareness.In respect of the issues and causes above,base on local conditions of Maocun Town,draw on the domestic and international experiences of rural environmental pollution treatment,we obtain countermeasures of improving rural environmental pollution treatment in Maocun Town,which includes: establish long-term guarantee mechanism of rural environmental pollution treatment,motivate effects of multiple subjects in rural environmental pollution treatment,strengthen special treatment of rural environmental pollution,raise ideological awareness of rural environmental pollution.
