The arc welding power supply has undergone a series of technological changes from the original analog welding machine to the digital welding machine to today's welding robot.In the industrial field,the application of industrial Ethernet fieldbus technology is to connect the welding robot to the Ethernet.Based on this,the slave station controller and slave microprocessor architecture are used to realize the slave station development based on EtherCAT arc welding power supply.Among them,the TwinCAT software running on the PC is used as the master station to simulate the function of the host computer.The AMIC110 implements the function of the slave controller(ESC),and the DSP28379 D realizes the control function of the arc welding power source.The specific content includes AMIC110 software design,DSP software design and related hardware design.After completing the software and hardware design,this paper tests the performance of the communication link,including state machine test,process data test,and packet loss rate test.Because the arc welding power supply is based on DSP28379 D as the control core,this paper uses Simulink automatic code generation technology to construct the simulation model of the peak current double closed-loop control of arc welding power source in the Simulink development environment,including the main circuit model and the controller model.Simulation verification,after achieving the expected results,the executable controller model is combined with the C2000 DSP support package to generate executable embedded code.It is verified by experiments that the code generated based on the model is stable and reliable,and it is also convenient to transplant.
