In recent years,the problem of air pollution has become a hot issue withincreasing concernsfor e government,research scholars and the people.Air pollution monitoring and prevention have become the top priority of environmental protection departments at all levels.In order to further improve the “visualization” and “informatization” of air pollution control decision-making,by a general analysis of domestic and international research status,this paper focuses on the analysis of air pollution monitoring data and the construction of visualization systemin Jiangsu Province.Based on the air pollution indicator data of all monitoring spots,data fusion technology and geographic information visualization technology are used to design and develop an ArcGIS-based air pollution data visualization system.This paper selects and designs the air pollution indicators involved in the system,analyzes the key technologies such as air pollution data prediction methods and data visualization technologies involved in the system construction and development and implementation process.On this basis,the system requirements are proposed and overall framework of the system isdesigned in detail withthe idea ofsoftware engineering,the main functional modules of the system are determined;the system database was designed in detail using the MySQL relational database,and the database is implemented and operated by Navicat.Finally,the Java programming language is appliedfor the secondary development of GIS based on the ArcGIS SDK component.The air pollution visualization systemof Jiangsu Province is realized with visualization and map visualization function in the Eclipse integrated environment.The detailed information is shown as followed:Firstly,the overall functional requirements of the air pollution data visualization system in Jiangsu Province are analyzed,and the overall design framework,specific visualization module composition and functional structure diagram of the system are proposed.Secondly,the system database table based on MySQL database management system is established,and it is divided into geographic coordinate information table,air pollution data table,user information table,urban traffic data table,economic and social data table,etc.according to the system function needs.Database ER diagram(entity-relationship diagram)is built to more clearly describe the correspondence between database tables;Thirdly,a BP neural network-based predictive model and a LSTM cyclic neural network-based predictive model are constructed to predict air pollution data at the provincial level and at different monitoring spots from both macro and micro levels.Finally,using the ArcGIS Runtime SDK software development kit and JFreeChart and other key technologies for map visualization and chart visualization,the air pollution data visualization system prototype is developed based on the Java environment,and the system data is visualized at different levels.
