Superhydrophobic surfaces have attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad because of its great potential and wide application prospect.Many research achievements about superhydrophobic have been applied in the fields of self-cleaning,anti-fog,anti-icing and drag reduction.Polyester fabric with its comfort,flexibility,wrinkle resistance,good chemical stability,excellent elasticity and low price has been widely used in clothing,bedding,furniture,curtains and other industries.The application of polyester fabric will be greatly expanded by giving extra function to polyester fabric.Therefore,superhydrophobic polyester fabric emerges as the times require.So far,lots of methods for preparing superhydrophobic coatings have been successfully applied,such as sol-gel method,vapor deposition method,etching method and so on.However,in practical production,the application of superhydrophobic coatings were limited by expensive drugs,complicated operation process and special equipment.Therefore,a simple,low-cost and device-independent preparation method is critical to practical application.In addition to outstanding water-repellent performance,excellent stability are equally important.In this paper,the superhydrophobic PET fabric without long chain fluorine modifier and other toxic components was prepared and characterized.On this basis,the superamphiphobic polyester fabric with good mechanical properties and excellent chemical stability was prepared by a large number of experiments and exploration.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Fluorine-free alcohol-soluble resin(TB-8)with excellent adhesion force was used to adhesion hydrophobic octadecylamine(ODA)to the surface of polyester fabric to achieve hydrophobic effect.Although the modified polyester fabric has hydrophobic properties,the mechanical properties and chemical stability still poor,which greatly reduced the service life of the fabric and limited its application.Therefore,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)resin with good chemical stability and low surface energy was used to encapsulate the preliminary modified fabric,which not only retaining its superhydrophobic properties but also increased the mechanical durability of the fabric(2)methyl trimethoxysilane(MTES),)n-octyltriethoxysilane(OTES)and trimethylchlorosilyl silicate(TMCS)were reacted under alkaline conditions to form a multi-scale micro-nano structure.Then the fluorinated compounds 1H,1H,2H,2Hperfluorodecyl triethoxysilane(HDFTES)were used to modify the surface,and a layer fluorinated resin of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)with good mechanical properties was attached to the surface at the same time.It was found that the modified polyester fiber showed excellent superhydrophobic and superolephobic properties.Furthermore,the superamphiphobic PET fabrics remained excellent superamphiphobic property after immersion in strong acid,strong alkali and saline solutions,abrasion,ultrasonic treatment and long-term UV irradiation.
