In recent years,the energy consumption is increasing with the sustained and rapid growth of China's economy.In the total energy consumption of the whole society,the energy consumption of buildings accounts for nearly one third.The state has attached great importance to building energy conservation and wall material innovation,focusing on the promotion of heat preservation fire prevention,environmental protection of multi-functional composite new wall materials.building wall insulation materials have been constantly developed.Based on composite self-insulating block as the research object,the paper calculates and analysis of thermal parameters of composite self-insulating block-filled wall in cold area.It provides basic thermal data and the optimal design of thermal insulation structure at key nodes for the popularization and application of composite self-insulated block in cold areas.Firstly,the theoretical calculation model of thermal resistance of composite self-insulated block was established according to relevant specifications,and the correctness of the theoretical calculation model was verified by the protective heat box method.On this basis,several key factors affecting the thermal resistance of the block were analyzed and optimized,and the optimal composite self-insulation block was obtained.It is concluded that the composite self-insulation block type is most suitable for cold areas,Optimizing the original block to get the best composite self-insulation block its thermal resistance is 3.967(m~2?K)/W,compared with the original block the thermal resistance of 2.770(m~2?K)/W,thermal resistance increase 43.23%.The composite since the insulation block not only can satisfy the requirement of 65%of the energy saving,also to meet some provinces and cities of the latest cold area 75%of the energy requirementsThen,according to the optimization of composite thermal-insulating blocks,with the engineering of the commonly the porous brick,autoclaved aerated concrete block filled walls.comparing the indoor thermal environment of the results show that the filled wall can provide good indoor thermal environment.And proposing the compound that if winter indoor temperature is too high,it is the possibility of the condensation inside composite self-insulated block filled out wall.The interior of the wall filled with composite self-insulated blocks will not condense and its internal surface temperature meets the requirements of the code.Finally,in view of the thermal bridge problem in the interior of the composite insulation block,filling the mortar joint of the outer wall and the connection between the outer wall and the beam and column,a series of measures were taken to solve the thermal bridge problem.The temperature of the joints filled with external walls,beams and columns was calculated under the most unfavorable conditions.Calculating the node temperature of 16.43?.And it higher than that of condensation temperature(10.1?),so the node will not condensation.To sum up,the article optimizing the original block from hole form such aspects as optimizing the original block,get the optimal compound since the thermal-insulating blocks,and the optimal compound since the thermal performance of insulation block filling wall,comprehensive system of analysis on the key issues,such as thermal bridge,to compound the thermal-insulating blocks in cold areas of promotion and application of thermal data provides the basis.The optimized composite block has multiple functions such as fire prevention and environmental protection,.It can realize the integration of building energy conservation and structure,and it is conducive to changing the status quo of existing building external wall thermal insulation materials in cold regions of China,reducing building energy consumption and reducing the consumption of natural resources in the construction industry.
