At present,the rapid development of social economy and the rapid change of urban architecture,accompanied by the replacement of old and new buildings,the resulting is a large number of construction waste concrete,the waste area gradually expanded.These wastes cover a wide area and have a serious impact on people's living environment.At present,more than 90%of the buildings in northeast China still use external thermal insulation technology,filling block and paste between the outside heat preservation material technology is not strong,durable exist relatively serious problem,since the thermal insulation system to avoid the problem.So how to rationally recycle and utilize recycled materials,improve the ecological environment,build green environment-friendly energy-saving and emission-reducing buildings is of vital importance.In response to the national policy of sustainable development,achieve the purpose of the building energy efficiency 65%,according to the above situation,this paper designed a double row holes dumbbell since the insulation block,main material uses renewable ceramsite concrete,foam concrete filling material selection in regeneration,reasonable recycle recycled aggregates,and incorporating ceramsite such as lightweight aggregate to improve thermal performance of block masonry,through comparing the experimental study on the standard formula and software simulation,to study the mechanical properties and thermal properties of type block.In this paper,the main contents and results are as follows:1)Regeneration ceramsite concrete design of the mix proportioning of the two groups,the groups with 100%recycled concrete,compressive strength and thermal conductivity test and three groups of mixture ratio design,bubble group with 0%10%20%of the recycled aggregate concrete,compressive strength and thermal conductivity test results show the test results that the thermal insulation performance of the block is better than that of the ordinary recycled concrete with 30%ceramsite as the main body and 10%recycled aggregate as the inner filling material.2)According to the current national standards,the test results of physical and mechanical properties of the block,such as size deviation,appearance quality,grade of water absorption rate density,softening coefficient,dry shrinkage rate,material's freezing resistance,compressive strength,flexural strength and so on,show that all the properties of the block meet the requirements of the code,and the block's strength reaches the expected strength MU7.5,3)The theoretical value was calculated by standard formula,and the thermal performance of the block was studied by using ANSYS finite element software,and the heat transfer coefficient of the block was obtained as 0.30W/(m2·K)and 0.361 W/(m2·K)that conforms to the standard stipulation to be smaller than the cold region envelope heat transfer coefficient limit 0.50W/(m2·K)value energy conservation request.Through calculation and simulation analysis,it is concluded that the dumbbell-shaped block is innovative and scientific,and the thermal insulation performance is good.4)Design a total of 6 specimens of two groups,using different strength grade of masonry mortar Mb7.5 Mb10 Mb15,axial compressive strength of masonry structure test and shear strength test according to the masonry stress-strain relationship between elastic modulus and poisson's ratio,increases with the strength of the masonry mortar,masonry axial compressive strength and shear strength are improved,and when the mortar strength grade is Mb10 effect best,masonry deformation ability best according to the test conclusion fitting out the formula of compressive strength of the brick masonry norm correction coefficient k1=0.51,a=0.76;The correction coefficient of the standard formula for shear strength is k5=0.077.5)The comparison of the compressive strength test of thermal performance between the ceramsite mortar replacing 50%medium sand and the ordinary cement mortar shows that the thermal insulation performance of the ordinary cement mortar is better than that of the ceramsite mortar,but the difference between the two is not huge,and the bearing capacity of the ceramsite mortar is about 23%better than that of the ordinary cement mortar.Experimental study through the above analysis,this paper designed the block block innovation science,block selects low carbon environmental protection material,under the reasonable collocation,block the indicators is better than the specification requirements,therefore has good mechanical properties thermal performance antifreeze performance refractory materials,etc.water resistance and strength to reach the expected MU7.5 intensity,can be used as a bearing block,for similar block study provides a reliable reference basis.
