In recent years,with the need of China's high-quality economic development,people pay more and more attention to the development of offshore oil and gas resources,and the FPSO used for the storage and transportation of offshore oil and gas resources has been more and more widely used.However,considering the different oil and gas storage and transportation conditions,the liquid sloshing in the liquid tank is not the same,and the severe liquid sloshing will greatly increase the risk in the transportation process.Therefore,how to make the tank structure adapt to the requirements of specific transportation conditions and reduce the degree of liquid sloshing in the tank is a problem that needs to be solved in the research of offshore oil and gas transportation technology.Based on the theory of flow field analysis and the characteristics of turbulence numerical simulation,the structure and working environment of liquid tank of FPSO are analyzed reasonably,and the numerical model of liquid sloshing is established.Based on the simulation of different working conditions such as different initial velocity,different initial filling rate and whether to install spoiler or not,the factors influencing liquid sloshing in liquid tank of FPSO under the condition of speed mutation were studied.By studying the influence of the number of spoiler,spoiler distribution position and the height of spoiler on the slosh degree of liquid storage in the liquid tank under the condition of sudden speed change,the parameter sensitivity of spoiler was analyzed and studied.The optimal installation position of spoiler was determined by the method of surface fitting.Based on the numerical simulation of liquid storage sloshing in the tank at different filling rates and rolling angles,the sensitivity of the ship's roll parameters under the action of sea waves was analyzed and studied.The spoiler installation scheme of the liquid storage sloshing in the tank under rolling conditions was proposed,improved and optimized.Through numerical simulation,by the comparison of data before and after optimization,we found that reservoir fluid sloshing in the tank and the degree of impact on the tank wall has a certain degree of improvement after the installation of spoiler,which provides a reference for reservoir liquid sloshing suppression of the FPSO in the process of oil and gas storage and transportation.
