Floating production,storage and offloading unit natural gas(LNG-FPSO)device can be configured flexibly according to the marine gas field production conditions,which is widely accepted with its relatively low investment,short construction period,ease of migration.Tower is the key equipment in natural gas pretreatment process,and liquid distributor is the most important pieces of the packed tower,which performance plays a key role for the whole tower efficiency,but the special offshore sloshing conditions request of the adaptability of trough liquid distributor.Analysis on sloshing conditions affect the distribution performance of the trough liquid distributor and optimize the distributor to improve the acid removal effectiveness of the packed tower under the sloshing conditions.In this paper,experimental and simulation studies carried out for the impact of sloshing trough liquid distributor,and the according to the results corresponding optimization studied of trough liquid distributor.According to preliminaryly designed and builded experimental device,conduct experimental studies under the condition of static and sloshing,and analysis the influence of different forms of a single degree of freedom sloshing,sloshing range and two degree of freedom coupling sloshing to the primary and secondary channel distribution of trough type liquid distributor.This article established numerical calculation model of secondary channel,and used the established numerical model to reseach the different forms of sloshing,sloshing range,sloshing cycle and coupling sloshing condition influence of flow field of trough type liquid distributor secondary channel.Shaking movement effected the performance of the distributor distribution greater than the linear movement;The order of different sloshing forms affected the primary channel distribution performance: pitching> swaying> rolling ?surging ? yawing? heaving,The order of different sloshing forms affected the secondary channel distribution performance: rolling> pitching> swaying ?surging ? yawing? heaving,along with the rising of the sloshing amplitude,the effect was more obvious;Secondary channel distribution performance of the smaller cycle is worse;Liquid distributor distribution mainly affected by the sloshing form of whitch sloshing form influence distribution performance greater when two degrees of freedom sloshing form coupling.According to the results of experiment and simulation studies,optimization research on trough liquid distributor of improving design parameters and increasing the optimization structure to adapt to the sloshing condition.
