With the increasingly strict environment protection standards and growth of public awareness of environmental protection in China,Society become more and more concern about the pollution caused by municipal solid waste incineration,especially the emission of dioxins.New requirements for measurement and control of dioxins were put forward.A reliable dioxin prediction model was necessary to realize dioxin on-line measurement.For the purpose of expanding the application scope and increasing the prediction accuracy,this paper studied the emission characteristics of polychlorinated benzenes(CBzs)and dioxins under different factors including furnace operation states,operation conditions and operation parameters.Main works about this paper were carried as follows:(1)Taking a domestic circulating fluidized bed(CFB)municipal solid waste incinerator(MSWI)as research object,emission characteristics and correlations of CBzs and dioxins under start-up condition were investigated.Incineration parameters were also taken into consideration.Possible dioxin emission prediction models based on above indicators were built.(2)The paper researched the Influence of memory effect after MSWI start-up on emission characteristics and correlations of CBzs and dioxins.And comparison of CBzs and dioxin emission characteristics among start-up,memory effect retention stage and normal operation were carried out.(3)A tunable laser ionization coupled time-of-flight mass spectrometer(TLITOFMS)was adopted to establish a direct online correlation model for a normal operating MSWI.Besides,168-hour-continuous measurement of flue gas was conducted.Gathering incineration parameters,using support vector regression algorithm,a dioxin machine learning prediction model base on incineration parameters was established.
