| In China,and even on a global scale,the accumulation of domestic garbage is causing a series of problems,such as the "garbage siege" problem.Incineration technology is widely used because of its rapid capacity reduction and high processing efficiency.However,the convenience of waste incineration has also brought about increased emissions of organic pollutants such as dioxins.At present,the monitoring of dioxins from incineration sources is mostly off-line sampling and analysis.The detection period is long,the labor and material consumption is large,and the operation status of the waste incineration plant cannot be reflected in time.Therefore,the realtime dioxin online monitoring technology needs to be developed.The research group and Zhejiang Fuchunjiang Environmental Technology Research Co.,Ltd.develop an online rapid dioxin monitoring system that can quickly detect dioxin emissions online,but there are still shortcomings.This article introduces Deans Switch technology to assist the system for optimization research,improving the anti-interference ability of the monitoring system,obtaining better target peak signals,and reducing easy residual impurities to protect the precision parts of the instrument.The effect of pressure setting and switching time in DS on the detection results of the monitoring system is explored,and field verification is carried out with the tail gas of a waste incinerator.The reduction rate of impurities peaks at the moment when is closer to the target can reach 69.52%.This article also detects the dioxin indicators in the flue gas online based on Deans Switch and ECD detectors combining the sampling,enrichment and separation system at the front of the monitoring instrument,in contrast to the online dioxin rapid monitoring system.Among them,the dioxin online monitoring system has advantages in resolution,detection limit,and analysis time while the process of combining the ECD detector with one or two-dimensional chromatography has advantages in terms of equipment size,cost,and operation. |
