The exploitation of conventional crude oil in the world today has begun to deplete,and the exploitation and utilization of heavy oil has become increasingly important.The equipment used for emulsification and viscosity reduction of heavy oil is simple,the process flow is not complicated,and the investment is low.Because of the low viscosity of the emulsion during oil recovery,the mining cost of heavy oil is also reduced.Therefore,the emulsification and viscosity reduction in the world today is very broad.Application prospects.Although this method has always been a key project for viscosity reduction research,there are different problems in the selection of surfactant for heavy oils in different oil fields.Similarly,in the process of oil recovery or gathering,the stability of emulsions is poor.Many researchers In this direction,relevant research is carried out,so the research results are also different.The reason is that because of the complex nature of the emulsion,the many factors affecting the emulsion,and the mutual influence of various factors,the emulsification and viscosity reduction technology still has to be Scholars continue to study in depth.In this paper,the heavy oil emulsification and viscosity reduction of heavy oil in LiaoHe Oilfield was carried out,and the abnormal point of crude oil was determined.Under the condition of specific amount of main agent OP-15 and the same shear rate,the best emulsion strength of this experiment was obtained.,emulsification temperature,emulsification time,water content.According to the effect of viscosity reduction of heavy oil,the stability of emulsion and the salt-tolerant temperature resistance,more than ten kinds of emulsifiers such as OP-15 and SDBS were subjected to single and compoundscreening experiments.Finally,the characteristics of OP-15,SDBS,SAS,AEO-15,four emulsifiers were selected for orthogonal experiments,and the optimal viscosity reducing agent formulation was obtained.The main conclusions of this paper are: under the specific experimental conditions,the optimal viscosity-reducing formulas OP-15,SAS,SDBS,AEO-15 have the mass fractions of 1.8%,1%,0.7%,and 0.7%,respectively.The viscosity of the adhesive formulation reached 105?,the salt tolerance reached 338962.3 mg/L,and the stability of the emulsion formed with the heavy oil after high temperature treatment of three groups of high mineral water was higher,and the average viscosity reduction rate reached 96.37% and respectively95.89 %,96.06%.The crude oil anomaly is around 75?.The main agent OP-15 mass fraction 0.5%,shear rate 16.9s fixed value,the optimal emulsification conditions: emulsification temperature 55?,oil mass ratio 7:3,stirring time5 min,stirring strength 200 r/min,emulsification time 1h.
