Supersonic separator is a new type of water filtration equipment,which is more environmentally friendly,safe,economical and universal than traditional water filtration methods.It is more reliable and operable than the traditional method of water filtration.However,there are few studies related to it in China and the development is relatively slow,so it is necessary to study the supersonic separator.Five kinds of supersonic separator tubes with different structures were simulated.It was found that scheme 1: taking the Victosky curve as the reducing section,the Supersonic Separator with equal slope as the expanding section and the expanding section had the best effect because of its maximum temperature difference,convenient liquefaction,small pressure difference and better energy recovery.Its model of droplet nucleation and growth is established,and the equation for calculating the important parameters related to liquefaction is deduced.The solution method for the equation is proposed and the program block diagram of the solution is given.Then the model is tested by experiments in practice.The results show that the model can accurately determine the initial position of phase transition and the difference between the numerical solutions of the important parameters is very small,so the model has high accuracy and rationalityUsing the hypothesis model that has been tested for rationality,three different structural schemes are designed for its application.Scheme 1:Dimensional curve is selected for gradual contraction section,equal slope method is used for gradual expansion section,Butler-Shaw curve is selected for gradual contraction section,Foelsch method is used for gradual expansion section,and dimensional curve is selected for gradual expansion section,and Foelsch method is used for gradual expansion section.Then the condensationmodel is used for numerical calculation,and it is concluded that the water removal efficiency of scheme 1 is relatively high.
