In recent years,China's energy construction has developed rapidly,and oil and gas pipelines have entered a new construction peak.However,most of China's oil and gas pipelines have long spans,and the areas that pass through are extensive,the terrain is complex,and long-distance pipeline construction is inevitable.To cross the river,oil pipelines are prone to leakage in the pipe sections that cross the river due to numerous internal and external factors.Because such pipelines fail or even cause leakage,it is difficult to be discovered in time,emergency measures cannot be taken immediately,and because rivers cross the special laying environment of pipelines,the pollution and impact of river crossing pipeline accidents is more serious.After the river leaks through the crude oil pipeline,the floating oil may cause fire and affect the passage of the ship,which will not only cause huge economic and property losses,but also bring serious soil and river pollution.Therefore,in-depth study of crossing the river pipeline occurs.After the leak,the law of the diffusion of the leaked oil in the soil and water is very important.This research can provide a theoretical basis for reducing the losses caused by river pipeline leakage accidents,and has certain significance for the development of rescue plans.In this paper,the leakage diffusion process in the river bottom soil and in the water body involved in the leakage and diffusion of the river crossing the crude oil pipeline is combined with the numerical simulation of FLUENT software to establish the leakage diffusion model of each stage of the river crossing pipeline.After simulation and comparative analysis,the diameter of the leakage port is proportional to the leakage diffusion range;the larger the soil porosity,the smaller the diffusion range of crude oil in the soil;the water content in the soil under the riverbed leaks the crude oil.The diffusion effectis small;the faster the water flow rate,the wider the diffusion of crude oil in the water along the river in the same time;the greater the leakage rate of crude oil,the greater the leakage in the same time,the water flow to the jet The effect of the effect will be smaller;the greater the density of the crude oil,the greater the mass leakage of the same volume,and the smaller the leakage diffusion of the crude oil is affected by the water flow.
