| Luding County is located in the middle section of Dadu River Basin in western Sichuan Province.The county has deep geomorphologic cutting,developed geological structure,frequent earthquakes and high frequency of geological disasters.The area of usable land is limited,the human activity is concentrated and the intensity is large,and the contradiction between man and land is prominent.The ecological geological environment in the county is fragile and it is difficult to repair the damaged ecological environment.The study of ecological function regionalization in Luding County is helpful to protect the stability of ecological geological environment and prevent the occurrence of ecological problems.By collecting and analyzing the relevant literature and remote sensing data and integrating the basic data of eco-geological environment and taking GIS as the platform,14 groups of factors affecting the eco-geological environment zoning were selected and the evaluation model was constructed.The index weight of each layer is calculated by AHP analytic hierarchy process.By analyzing the spatial differentiation characteristics of three target layers,the quality of eco-geological environment,the importance of ecological service function and the demand for regional economic development,the principle of eco-functional regionalization is followed.To complete the ecological function regionalization and evaluation of Luding County.The following are recognized through the study:(1)Under the effect of internal and external force,especially by the effects of terrain cutting,geological structure and human activities,there are significant spatial differentiation characteristics in the ecological environment of the county.The elevation factors determine the three-dimensional climate,the ecological environment and the vertical spatial distribution of human activities.The sensitive area of the qualitative environment has a great influence,and the accumulation of human activities leads to the high sensitivity of the ecological geological environment in the Dadu River Valley,and the contradiction between the ecological protection and the social and economic development is becoming more and more serious.(2)Through the study of the target layer factors of the ecological function evaluation index system,it is known that:(1)The areas with high sensitivity to ecological and geological environment in Luding County are mainly located in the middle elevation mountain area on both sides of the Dadu River basin.These areas are greatly affected by geological structure,the geomorphology is deeply cut,and the sensitivity of soil erosion is higher.(2)The most important areas of ecological service function are concentrated in the mid-mountain geomorphology of the Dadu River and the alpine and extreme alpine areas on the west side of the Dadu River.Due to abundant rainfall,high vegetation coverage,and obvious water retention,the ecological service function is very important.Therefore,it has a strong function of biodiversity conservation and water conservation.(3).The human activities in the county area are mainly distributed in the valley area.The concentrated areas include Luding count,Lengqi,Xinglong,Moxi,Xinxing,Detuo township,river valley zone.the combination of water and heat is better,the quality of construction land and cultivated land is higher.However,the intensity of human activities is too high and the disturbance to the natural environment is great,the natural biological resources remain less,and the ecological service function of the river valley needs to be repaired urgently.(3)According to the sensitivity of ecological geological environment,the importance of ecological service function and the three target layer factors of social and economic development,Luding County is divided into three ecological function regions:(1).The Main ecological regulation function area,with an area of 1380 km~2,accounts for 63.71%of the total area of Luding County.It mainly distributes in the west side of the Dadu River Valley.It should guarantee the ecological service function and restrict or prohibit the development strategy.(2).The ecological industry accumulation area,with an area of 348 km~2,accounts for 16.06%of the total area of the county.It is distributed in the Dadu River valley and is the main industrial gathering area in Luding County.On the basis of the existing industries,the strategy of optimization and development should be implemented.(3).The secondary ecological regulation function area,with an area of 438 km~2,accounts for 20.2%of the total area.It mainly distributes in the east side of Dadu River.On the premise of ensuring the function of ecological service,it implements the strategy of protection and development. |
