With the mining of coal seam,roadway surrounding rock collapse accidents are common,which not only affects the mining efficiency of coal seam,but also endangers the safety of life.A large number of engineering cases of roadway surrounding rock collapse show that the existence of weak structural surface of roadway surrounding rock has a control effect on the stability of roadway surrounding rock.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the failure characteristics of roadway surrounding rocks with weakened structural faces.In this paper,the driving of Baiyangling 101 mining working face is taken as the engineering background,and the stress,deformation and failure law of surrounding rock of roadway with structural surface are studied by means of numerical simulation and similar material model test.The main contents are as follows:?1?The effect of structural plane inclination on rock mass strength and stress-strain relationship was studied by uniaxial compression test.Using digital speckle technology observation specimens in compression deformation of the whole process of stress and strain,through Matlab generated specimen failure process of speckle cloud image,and analyzed the damage form of specimens,determine the structure of the 60°inclination of weakening in the face of rock mass had the greatest influence;?2?Adopting the method of similar model tests on occurrence of 60°roadway mining simulation weaken the structure surface,and the failure process of chain pillars were observed,the roadway surrounding rock pressure box of sensors on the internal stress redistribution regularity of monitoring;This paper analyzes the failure rule of roadway surrounding rock at different width of roadway analysis of structural plane in the experiment of roadway roof through digital speckle technique,pillar and puts forward the control thought of restraining the expansion of structural surface weakening area;?3?Using the FLAC3D to Baiyangling 101 mining face in 60°and 45°weakening to simulate the structure surface mining,analysis in the process of mining roadway protection at different coal pillar width when the roadway surrounding rock stress and strain distribution rule and the change rule,at last,by analyzing the results of numerical simulation and similar material experiment,confirmed the design,reasonable size chain pillars,60°and 45°this weaken the structure limit of chain pillars width of 5 m and 3.5 m respectively.
