In order to explore the cutting characteristics of the spiral cylinder of the coal mining machine under the occurrence of complex coal seam,the theoretical analysis and the discrete element simulation are combined to comprehensively consider the occurrence condition of the coal-containing coal bed,the kinematics parameters and the structural parameters of the roller,In this paper,the cutting performance of the spiral cylinder is explored in a variety of working conditions.Taking the spiral drum of MG2*55/250-BW shearer as the engineering object,the discrete element simulation model is established based on the 3D modeling software PRO/E,discrete element simulation software EDEM,numerical analysis software MATLAB.The process of shearer cutting and crushing coal and rock is simulated,and 17 groups of working conditions are set up to change the traction speed of shearer,the cutting depth of drum,the spiral angle of blade,the rotating speed of drum and so on.The cutting performance index data of 17 groups of working conditions are obtained by simulation.Based on the single factor analysis method,the cutting performance of shearer traction speed,drum speed,blade spiral lift angle and cutting depth is analyzed.The impact of indicators.The simulation results show that the drum speed is the key factor of cutting specific energy consumption,the traction speed of shearer is the key factor affecting productivity and lump coal rate,and the cutting depth is the key factor of maximum cutting resistance.In order to comprehensively explore the factors affecting the cutting performance of shearer spiral drum,taking the maximum productivity,maximum lump coal rate,minimum cutting specific energy consumption and minimum cutting resistance as sub-objective functions,the multi-objective optimization model of cutting performance is established by integrating each sub-objective,and a new GA-BP network is proposed to optimize the cutting performance.Taking GA-BP as the optimization method,the optimal parameters are found to make the cutting performance joint.The optimal parameter combination of cutting performance of shearer is obtained as follows:blade spiral lift angle is 11°,traction speed is 5m/min,drum speed is 80 r/min,cutting depth is 0.62 m,the optimized productivity is increased by 104.2t/h,the maximum cutting area is increased by 2187.6mm2,although the cutting resistance is increased by 7353.4N,the cutting specific energy consumption is reduced by0.44kW·h/m3,and the cutting performance is optimized as a whole.It provides a new method for exploring the reliability and optimization of coal mining maneuverability.
