The obique cutting process of the shearer is a very important part of the coal mining process,because of the anisotropy of coal rock and cutting mechanism,discrete element technology and virtual prototype technology make it more practical to carry out the modeling method of coal rock in the simulation process of shearer oblique cutting.Based on the 4602 working face of 17-story coal of Yanzhou Mining Group Yangcun Coal Mine,the drum load characteristics and the dynamic characteristics of the rocker arm shell and the planet carrier are studied.The three-dimensional solid model of the cutting section of MG2×55/250-BW shearer was established by Pro/E,and the oblique cutting process was analyzed.Discrete element simulation models of the whole and the segmented coal wall containing parting were established,the drum load relative error was analyzed,and determined to use the segmentation modeling method to study the effects of the shearer traction speed and the occurrence condition of the coal on the drum load when the drum oblique cut the coal and coal with parting.The cutting part rocker arm shell and the planet carrier three-dimensional solid model were introduced into ANSYS for flexible processing,and the rigid parts of the cutting arm rocker shell and the planet carrier were replaced with flexible parts in ADAMS,the rigid-flexible coupling virtual prototype model of the shearer cutting section was established,and the dynamic analysis was carried out according to the drum load data derived from EDEM,the stress concentration part and stress curve of the rocker arm shell and the planet carrier was obtained.The results show that:(1)Under the two coal modeling methods of the whole and the segmentation,the load versus time curve of the drum is basically consistent,the relative error is stable within 2%,which proves that the segmentation modeling method is correct and feasible.This method can save 90% of the simulation time and greatly shorten the simulation cycle,which proves that the segmentation modeling method is feasible.And this method can save 90% of the simulation time and greatly shorten the simulation cycle.(2)During the bevel cutting process,the traction resistance is about twice the cutting resistance.When the angle between the drum and the coal wall is the largest(5° in this paper),the axial force of the drum is the largest.(3)The load of the drum when cutting the coal is about 20% of it when cutting the coal containing parting.(4)The inflection point at the output end of the rocker arm shell,the upper ear connected to the rocker arm and the traction portion shell,and the lower ear connected to the height adjusting cylinder are the places where the stress is concentrated,the maximum stress is 102.512 MPa,which doesn't exceed the allowable stress 120MPa;The stress of the planet carrier spline retreat is the largest,the maximum value is 176.931 MPa,which doesn't exceed the allowable stress 536.8478 MPa,meet the design requirements.
