We investigated the vertical greening current situation of Urumqi,selecting the most common climbing plants,Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch,Vitis vinifera L.,Pharbitis purpurea?L.?Voisgt and Calystegia hederacea Wall as the research object.Selecting four typical functional areas in Urumqi City,and make sure that the basic environmental conditions of Experimental plant are basically same,through the investigation under natural conditions,Combining the field sampling and laboratory experiment,By dynamically measuring the dust catching ability of four kinds of climbing,meanwhile,through comparison and analysis.We also researched the dust retention effect on net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of 4 kinds of climbing plants,photosynthetic parameters,contrasting the resistance of four climbing plants to air pollution stress,Measuring the dust retention ability and photosynthesis index of 4 kinds of climbing plants.At the same time,the photosynthetic characteristic parameters of 4 types of climbing plants in the natural state were determined,and compared the carbon fixation and oxygen release capacity of the four climbing plants in different functional.These studies are expected to provide a theoretical basis for the selection and cultivation of greening plants in the oasis cities.The main conclusions are as follows:?1?Four climbing plants all have dust retention ability,but because of the atmospheric particulate quantity of environment is not the same,the leaf structure of different plants and leaf living angle were also not the same,therefore,the dust retention ability of the plants are not the same,the same plant in the different functional areas,the ability of catching dust of 4 climbing plants leaves:traffic hub area>residential>public green area>law education district.?2?The dust retention ability of 4 kinds of climbing plants are not the same in the same functional area,amount of dust are different,the dust catching ability is not the same too,For the amount of dust per unit leaf area,from transportation hub area which have more serious pollution to the cultural district,which have light environmental pollution and less human interference,the dust retention ability of four climbing plants showed:Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch>Vitis vinifera L>Pharbitis purpurea?L.?Voisgt.>Calystegia hederacea Wall.?3?Under the natural environment,the dust content of the plant leaves was affected by the dustr in the air before reaching the maximum value,The higher the dust content in the air,the greater the dust retention of the plant leaves.The results of maximum dust amount capacity of the plant that by simulation measurement showed as follows:the dust retention of Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch was strongest,the value was 24.859 g·m-2,which was 1.67 times higher than that of Vitis vinifera L.and the value was 14.855 g·m-2,which was 2.11 times that of Calystegia hederacea Wall,and the dust-retention amount of Calystegia hederacea Wall was11.771 g·m-2.which was 2.14 times that of Pharbitis purpurea?L?Voisgt,and the dust amount of Pharbitis purpurea?L?Voisgt was 11.578 g·m-2.These data are basically close to dust retention ability under natural conditions.The dust retention order of four kinds of climbing plants were:Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch>Vitis vinifera L>Pharbitis purpurea?L?Voisgt.>Calystegia hederacea Wall.?4?The blade surface is rough and multiple villi,the dust catching ability of leaves is stronger,in addition,the dust retention ability of plant leaves is related with wind speed,through measuring the determination of foliar dust and plant wind velocity,the results showed that there was a significant negative correlation between wind speed and dust retention ability of plant leaves.The results of polynomial fitting showed that the fitting results were very good.The fitting results of four climbing plants showed that R2 was 1,and the influence of wind speed on four climbing plants was very significant.Among them,in the 4 kinds of climbing plants in the dust retention ability of Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch,most obviously affected by wind speed.?5?The photosynthetic parameters of 4 climber disgraceful leaf were significantly lower than clean leaves?P<0.05?,indicating that the dust retention amount of leaf will have a negative impact on physiological and ecological characteristics of the plant,Through comparison and analysis,the loss rate??Pn,?Tr and?Gs?of photosynthetic characteristic parameters of different plants are different,indicating that the response of different plant leaves to dust pollution is different.The more the net photosynthetic rate loss rate was less,the smaller influence of the outside dust on the plant leaves.There is positive correlation between the amount of dust and the photosynthetic parameters of four climbing plants.At the same time,it is also proved that the loss rate of the photosynthetic characteristic parameters of different plants is different,that is to say,under the same environmental conditions,the response degree of different plants on air dust pollution is not the same.A significant degree of dust quantity and the net photosynthetic rate of four climbing plants showed a correlation:Vitis vinifera L>Pharbitis Calystegia hederacea Wall>purpurea?L.?Voisgt>Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch),The amount of dust and stomatal conductance correlation degree is:Pharbitis purpurea?L.?Voisgt>Calystegia hederacea Wall>Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch)>Vitis vinifera L.The significance of dust quantity loss rate and transpiration rate showed:Vitis vinifera L>Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch>Pharbitis Calystegia hederacea Wall>purpurea?L.?Voisgt.through comprehensive analysis,Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch showed the most adaption,purpurea?L.?Voisgt take the second place,Vitis vinifera L showed the worst adaption.?6?Comparing the carbon fixation and oxygen release value of 4 climbing per unit leaf area plants before and after dusting,the value all decreased,The values of carbon sequestration in the unit leaf area of the plants in two functional areas all show that the value in educational areas are higher than that in the traffic hubs.In the education area,the amount of fixed carbon and oxygen released of four kinds of climbing plants per unit leaf area,The value of Vitis vinifera L was 2.27 g·m-2·d-1,which is the highest.and the amount of oxygen released was 1.66 g·m-2.d-1.In the transportation hub area,before the dusting,so did the Vitis vinifera L,the value was2.15 g·m-2·d-1 and 1.57 g·m-2·d-1,Pharbitis purpurea?L?Voisgt was the second place,The daily carbon fixation of the Vitis vinifera L was 2.15 g·m-2·d-1,the oxygen release was 1.57 g·m-2·d-1,Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch was the third place,the daily carbon fixation of Parthenocissus quinquefolia?L?Planch was 1.65g·m-2·d-1,and the oxygen release was 1.20 g·m-2·d-1,and the Calystegia hederacea Wall was the last one.and the daily carbon fixation of Pharbitis purpurea?L?Voisgt was 1.95 g·m-2·d-1,the oxygen release was 1.42 g·m-2·d-1,the daily carbon fixation of the Calystegia hederacea Wall flowers was 1.65 g·m-2·d-1 and the oxygen release was
