Due to the narrow internal space and monotonous driving environment,the driver is prone to depression and the speed perception ability is weakened,and the driver will unconsciously speed up and cause traffic accidents.Research shows that the speed of the vehicle is related to the intensity of the accident and the speed difference is related to the number of accidents.The driver can sense the speed of the vehicle through the edge rate.The current speed control method based on the edge rate is the static edge rate,The static edge rate can effectively reduce the speed and speed dispersion,but when the static edge rate is used for vehicle speed control,the length of the edge rate and the total length of the pavement corresponding to all vehicle speeds are fixed and the spatial frequency of the edge rate corresponding to different vehicle speeds is the same,the target is weak and the overall speed reduction effect is not strong.In order to make up for this shortcoming,this paper studies the dynamic control method of vehicle speed in tunnel based on the edge rate theory,taking the traffic flow in the middle section of the long highway tunnel as the research object,studying the edge length and the total length of the edge rate corresponding to the speed of different speeds.The dynamic edge rate is used to realize the intelligent linkage between the edge rate and the traffic flow,which reduces the speed and speed dispersion in the tunnel,thereby reducing the accident intensity and accident rate to a greater extent,and improving the safe operation level of the road tunnel.Firstly,the paper analyzes and summarizes the traffic environment characteristics of the tunnel section and the visual characteristics of the drivers like vision and fixation point.Combined with the definition of the edge rate and the influence mechanism of the edge rate on the vehicle speed,the range of the inner edge rate of the tunnel is determined,and the special environment of the tunnel is considered.It is determined that the inner edge rate of the tunnel is embodied as a white LED lamp with a light-todark ratio of 1:1.Then the distribution characteristics of the running speed of the middle sections of several long tunnels are studied.By plotting the frequency histogram and using the PP probability map and the single-sample KS method to determine the speed distribution in the tunnel,the speed of the middle section of the long tunnel is studied.Obeying the normal distribution,on the basis of the driver's visual perception characteristics and edge rate theory,the dynamic rate-controlled edge rate model of the tunnel segment is constructed.The model takes the minimum vehicle speed dispersion as the objective function,the edge rate definition and the kinematics formula as the constraints,the initial sample vehicle speed and the deceleration target vehicle speed as the solution conditions,and uses the loop iteration method to solve the model by MATLAB programming.The edge rate period length and the total laying length corresponding to the vehicle speed in different speed ranges.The last part of the example is based on the Erlangshan tunnel.According to the model and the speed of the tunnel,the edge rate LED lamp laying scheme is determined.The edge rate LED light dynamic speed control system is constructed and the experimental section is selected to carry out the system installation test.The collected vehicle speed data is used.The system speed control effect was verified.The results show that the dynamic speed control edge rate model of the tunnel section is effective,and the edge rate LED light dynamic speed control system has a significant speed reduction effect.The overspeed ratio decreases by 16.69%,and the vehicle speed index of 85% of the vehicle speed,average speed and vehicle speed standard deviation decreases by 6.67%.7.96%,13.45%,and by comparing the static edge rate control scheme of the tunnel section,the dynamic edge rate control effect is higher than the static edge rate control effect.The dynamic speed-controlled edge rate model and system of the tunnel section constructed by the thesis can be used as a technical means to reduce the speed of the tunnel and the dispersion of the vehicle speed and improve the safety level of the tunnel operation.
