As the last link of urban water resources recycling,sewage treatment plays an indispensable role in the production and domestic water consumption of residents.China's sewage treatment technology started late,with the increasing environmental pollution problems,the backward processing capacity of sewage treatment plants cannot meet the existing domestic production wastewater discharge demand.This paper addresses the problem of the sewage treatment control system is not highly automated,the feedback control is weak,and there are often problems such as excessive water quality.Taking the urban sewage treatment plant as the research background to design the sewage treatment control system,and the machine learning algorithm is used to predict and predict the water quality,feedback control the sewage treatment process,realize the process adjustment of the excessive water quality in advance,and effectively prevent the water quality from exceeding the standard.The paper starts with the water quality and process influencing factors of wastewater treatment,and carries out research on water quality prediction and control system design,which can effectively improve the stability and robustness of wastewater treatment control process and help unattended sewage treatment.This paper mainly does the following research work:(1)The water quality influencing factors of the sewage treatment process are analyzed,and the relationship between each process and its impact on water quality is constructed.Investigated the urban sewage treatment plant based on the actual project.The sewage treatment plant adopts the AA/O sewage treatment process to study the key equipment of sewage treatment,the main processes of the sewage treatment plant were analyzed and study the water quality according to the characteristics of the sewage treatment process.Influencing factors.(2)According to the wastewater treatment process and the classified samples of water quality and quantity,this paper proposes a wastewater treatment water quality prediction based on PSO-LSSVM and a fuzzy process reasoning model based on water quality prediction.Statistical and clustering methods were used to classify the parameters of water inflow and outflow,water quality and other parameters obtained from sewage treatment process monitoring.The monitoring data was trained by PSOLSSVM to construct a prediction model for wastewater treatment water quality,and the training results were used to predict the future water quality.In the case of small sample size,the accuracy of prediction is improved by using weight adjustment,and the rationality of the algorithm is verified by simulation.The fuzzy inference method is used to calculate the subordination relationship between the predicted water quality and the influencing factors of the process,and the water quality prediction process inference model is constructed.The predicted water quality situation inference process influencing factors are fed back to the control system to modify the corresponding process parameters.(3)Aiming at the problems of control system automation and feedback control in the sewage treatment control system,a water quality prediction sewage treatment control system is designed based on the water quality prediction reasoning model.Based on PLC control technology,iFIX configuration software and Visual Studio platform,the design is applicable for the control system of the sewage treatment plant studied in this paper,mainly including on-site,remote automatic control and water quality prediction feedback control.For the required PLC module and instrumentation selection,the control flow is designed and the control program is programmed according to the AA/O process and the water quality prediction model.The iFIX configuration software is used to design the host computer system to realize the field equipment operation and data collection situation display.The water quality prediction feedback control system is designed to realize the sewage treatment water quality prediction and process flow feedback control.Finally,for the urban sewage treatment plant studied in this paper,the PSOLSSVM water quality prediction sewage treatment control system is installed in the sewage treatment plant,and the automatic control system and the water quality prediction feedback control system are tested.The results show that the control system is stable in operation,high in automation and excellent in feedback effect,which is beneficial to realize unattended management of sewage treatment plants.
