The Theoretical Analysis Of E-commerce In Poverty Alleviation To Promote The Harmonious Coexistence Of Human And Nature

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that the major contradictions in our society have been translated into the contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and imbalanced and inadequate development,clearly proposed that "beauty" as a basic goal of comprehensive modernization,as important as prosperity,democracy,civilization and harmony,further pointed out that "the modernization we want to build is a modernization in which human and nature coexisting harmoniously ",indicating that the ecological civilization modernization determined to follow the path of green development,instead of following the old path of development first and then governance,to achieve "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains." The imbalance in development is also reflected in the large number of impoverished areas that currently exist in China,and these areas often have excellent natural resources,since development cannot follow the old path,we must explore green poverty reduction that meet the requirements of modern development.On the road to poverty,informatization and agricultural modernization have formed a historical convergence.The advent of the information society has provided an unprecedented good environment for the development of poor areas,solved the problems of economic development and nature protection,and provided unprecedented opportunities for green poverty reduction in poor areas.E-commerce,as a product of the rapid development of information technology,is officially listed as one of the important poverty alleviation measures when China enters the "13th Five-Year Plan" to overcome poverty.The whole paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly elaborates the background of the writing of this article based on the transformation of social contradictions and the construction of ecological civilization.By sorting out the domestic and foreign literature reviews,it demonstrates the innovation and value of this article;The second chapter mainly sorts out the early thoughts and theories of "human and nature coexisting harmoniously" between China and western countries,Marxist theory of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and the thoughts and theories of successive leaders of new China on harmonious coexistence of man and nature,which lays a theoretical foundation for the thesis.The third chapter focuses on China’s poverty alleviation work in the past the disharmony between man and nature,one is the traditional development model of financial capital and natural capital conflicts,our financial capital and natural capital ",the second is the contradiction between high speed development of economy and protection of ecological environment,structural problems caused by the attaches great importance to the economic environment,three is the energy of the people,society and natural symbiotic problems of flow imbalance,to solve the problem of the three contradictions.Under the background of the new era,the theory of the harmonious coexistence between man and nature has been reviewed.The first economic development model needs to shift from an extensive economy to an intensive economy,the second economic growth model needs to shift from high-speed growth to high-quality development,and the third is to grasp the "two full understandings" to achieve the harmonious coexistence of man and nature;The fourth chapter raises e-commerce,as a representative of the age of the Internet technology to analyze the present situation of the development of electronic commerce in our country poverty alleviation poverty to the electronic commerce of the national overall situation and generalizes the specific value and function embodies,secondly analyzes e-commerce in promoting the harmonious coexistence between man and nature "adjust measures to local conditions to realize natural capital value","stimulate the potential of implicit advantage of natural resources","people,society and natural symbiotic development" three positive performance,It further puts forward four deficiencies: "the leading role of the government in green poverty reduction through ecommerce is not obvious","the direct role of e-commerce in environmental protection is ignored","the infrastructure construction of e-commerce is not perfect",and "serious shortage of e-commerce talents".Fifth chapter to our country electronic commerce to promote the harmonious coexistence between man and nature respect for poverty alleviation puts forward four suggestions: First,it is necessary to firmly establish the concept that green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains;second,to strengthen the government ’s understanding and practice of the direct role of e-commerce in green poverty reduction;and third,to increase related infrastructure construction and release strong vitality.The fourth is to increase the cultivation of e-commerce talents and actively introduce resource technology.
