Reactive dyes not only have bright colors, complete chromatograms, but also have simple dyeing methods and low cost, which occupy an important position in the printing and dyeing industry. The hydrolyzed dyes produced in reactive dyeing process lose the ability to react with the fibers, which not only results in the low utilization rate of the dyes but also affects the color fastness of the fabric. In this paper, ionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant were combined to produce a synergistic effect to improve the soaps.Conventional soaping needs to be done at 95? for 20 min, which results in high production energy consumption. In this paper,a low temperature soap washing agent was developed to reduce energy consumption while achieving better soaping effect. In addition, for dark fabric,it is necessary to wash the surface of the fabric repeatedly after conventional soaping to remove the floating color. In this paper,a detergent is developed to reduce the number of subsequent washing times, save production water and reduce cost by hydrolyzing dyes fixed on fibers.First, sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)and sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate(SDBS)were selected as the main surfactants to be combined with soap lotion in this paper, and the appropriate dosage, temperature and time of the single surfactant were determined by orthogonal experiment. The results show that SDS and SDBS have strong surface activity, which is reflected in low surface tension of 35~55 mN/m.The soaping process of sodium dodecyl sulfate was as follows:sodium dodecyl sulfate 2 g/L,70?,20 mins. The soaping process of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate was as follows: sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate 3 g/L,70?,20 minSecondly, the anionic surfactant was compounded with the non-ionic surfactant M5 and CP72 under the optimal process conditions of each single component. The optimal compounding ratio was determined by comparing the surface tension of the solution and the floating color removal rate and colour deviation of the fabric after soap washing. Then, appropriate lotions PVP and MA-AA were added to improve the soaping effect. It was found that the addition of PVP could reduce the surface tension of the solution and have a synergistic soaping effect with the surfactant. It was found that the addition of PVP could reduce the surface tension of the solution and have a synergistic soaping effect with the surfactant. Then, the compound soaps and commercial soaps were used for the soaps of reactive dyes, and the properties of the soaps were compared from the absorbance of the residue, the color fastness of the fabric and the desiccating property of the soaps. The results showed that the low temperature soaping agent(SDS,CP72 and PVP dosage were 2 g/L,0.4 g/L,0.4 g/L,at 70? for20 mins)had better soaping effect. In this paper, the dark fabric after soaping is further cleaned with detergent to reduce the subsequent washing times without affecting the color, light and fastness of the fabric. Two kinds of cationic surfactants, dodecyl trimethylammonium chloride and dodecyl dimethyl benzylammonium chloride, were selected as the main components of detergent in this paper. It was found that cationic surfactant and dye formed insoluble color deposition on the fabric under the action of electrostatic attraction, and the dye was fixed under the action of hydrogen bond and van der Waals force, which improved the fabric fastness. Finally, the compound detergent and the detergent LS were respectively applied to the dyed fabrics with different reactive dyes.By comparing the fastness of the fabric and the effect between the detergent and the dye,the results showed that the detergent compound of dodecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride and polydimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride had better cleaning effect than commercial detergent LS.
