Since the central atom of the phosphorescent emitting metal complex has a strong spin-orbit coupling to its d orbital,this causes the singlet excitons and triplet excitons of the complex to mix,it can make its internal quantum efficiency reach100%,which is much greater than the 25%maximum internal quantum efficiency of fluorescent materials.The Ir? complex is a typical metal-to-ligand charge transfer?MLCT?luminescent complex,it has many advantages such as good thermal stability,short excited state life,high luminous efficiency,and easy adjustment of luminescent color,and has become a research hotspot in the field of electroluminescent materials.In this paper,three series of novel phosphorescent Ir? complexes with imidazoheterocyclic derivatives as auxiliary ligands were synthesized,and their structures were determined by nuclear magnetic resonance,infrared and mass spectrometry,and their photophysics was measured,properties,electrochemical properties,photoluminescence properties,etc.The main content of this paper:1.Synthesis of a new structure of ligand 3,6-diphenylimidazo[2,1-b]oxazole?dpmo?,furthermore,-CF3 was introduced into dpmo to synthesize 3-phenyl-6-?4-tri-fluoromethylphenyl?imidazo[2,1-b]oxazole?ptfpmo?;and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry.2.Using dpmo as the main ligand,choose 2-picolinic acid?pic?,3-isoquinolinoic acid?3-IQA?,2-quinolinoic acid?2-QA?is an auxiliary ligand,synthesized with IrCl3·3H2O to obtain three Ir? complexes.The structure was characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectrometry.The maximum emission wavelength is from 585 nm to 637 nm,and the optical quantum efficiency is from 14.3%to 23.8%.3.Using benzothiophenyl pyridine?btp?as the main ligand,dpmo and ptfpmo as auxiliary ligands,synthesized with IrCl3·3H2O to obtain two Ir? complexes,and carried out by nuclear magnetic resonance,infrared and mass spectrometry structure characterization.Its maximum emission wavelength is from 600 nm to 608 nm,and its light quantum efficiency is from 10.7%to 20.9%.4.To 3-methyl-6-phenylimidazo[2,1-b]thiazole?mpmt?and 3-methyl-6-?4-?trifluoromethyl?phenyl?imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole?mtfpmt?mainly ligands,ptfpmo and tpt are auxiliary ligands,synthesized with IrCl3·3H2O to obtain three Ir?II complexes and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance,infrared and mass spectrometry.The maximum emission wavelength is from 417 nm to 419 nm,and the optical quantum efficiency is from 8.5%to 28.2%.
