Oxidative dehydrogenation is one of the most important reactions.It plays a vitally important role in organic synthesis,and also widely exists in the ecological cycle in nature.Since the 21 st century,due to the gradual improvement on the concept of environment and sustainable development,choosing efficient,inexpensive and environmentally friendly oxidants to access the oxidative dehydrogenaton has emerged as an important platform.Beside the eviromentally friendly chemical oxidant,in recently,photochemical oxidation and electrochemical oxidation have been the efficient,green and eviromentally friendly oxidation methods,and attract more attentions from chemical community.Therefore,these methods give good opportunity to access the oxidative dehydrogenations.In addition,these reactions show high atomeconomical feature and obey the rule of the green chemistry.In this thesis,environmentally friendly chemical oxidative dehydrogenation reaction and an greener electrochemical oxidative reaction are investigated.This thesis consists of three parts:The chapter one: Research progress and its application of oxidative dehydrogenation of hydrazines for accessing azo compoundsBased on the literature research,in this chapter,the progress and its application of the oxidation of hydrazine compounds to azo compounds were reviewed.In these oxidative dehydrogenation procedure,different types of oxidants were employed.The chapter two: Trichloroisocyanuric acid mediated oxidative dehydrogenation of hydrazines to access azo compoundsIn this chapter,we explored the oxidative dehydrogenation of hydrazine compounds with TCCA for preparing azo compounds.Resorting to TCCA,we successfully achieved the azo N=N functional group from the hydrazin N-N group in one step,and efficiently obtained azo compounds.This method provides a simple,metal-free,efficient and environmentally friendly synthesis strategy for the synthesis of azo compounds.The gram-up preparation proved the potential application of this protocol in large scale synthesis.The chapter three: Reaserch on the preparation of Nitrones by electrooxidation dehydrogenation of hydroxylaminesIn this chapter,the preparation of nitrones via an electro-oxidative dehydrogenation was disclosed.Resorting to this protocol,various nitrones were achieved from hydroxyl amines.This method provided a new geen strategy for the synthesis of nitrone compounds.
