When the multi-power head vertical milling machine has used multiple power heads to process the workpiece surface,the vibration of the cutter and the interaction of the vibration of each power head lead to the reduction of the workpiece surface quality,which has limited the machining precision and seriously affected the performance and assembly precision of the workpiece.Under the premise of reasonable selection of the cutting parameters of multi-power head machine tool,the vibration of single power head tool and the vibration of each power head during processing seriously has restricted the improvement of the surface quality of the workpiece and determined the surface quality of the workpiece.Therefore,based on the active vibration control strategy of vertical milling,the following aspects are studied to improve the machining quality of workpiece surface:(1)According to the characteristics of vertical milling,a dynamic model of spring-damp-stiffness vertical milling with two degrees of freedom was established,and the existing milling cutter parameters and cutting parameters were selected as the simulation parameters of this study.Based on the force model,a cutting force model for multi-power head vertical milling system is established.(2)On the basis of the cutting force model suitable for the multi-powered head vertical milling system,matlab is used to analyze the tool vibration displacement of asingle power head under the relevant cutting parameters,and the cutting force of multiple power heads is processed.Taking two power heads as an example,the tool vibration displacement of multiple power heads under relevant cutting parameters is analyzed by matlab software simulation.Based on the robust hybrid sensitivity method,an active controller is designed to control the tool vibration of the vertical milling sys-tem with single power head.Similarly,using two power heads as an example,the tool vibration of the milling system with multiple power heads is actively controlled to verify the control effect.(3)In the process of multiple power head tool based on the research of vibration,based on three-dimensional space model and considering the effects of cutting tool vibration surface geometry morphology mathematical model to simulation analysis of the workpiece surface roughness,with and without control action of two power heads,for example the power head milling system do comparative analysis of the workpiece surface quality.(4)Using a discrete method to solve the control effect of the milling system andcontrol function of the milling system transformation matrix,using matlab numericalsimulation has no control effects of milling system and the stability of the milling system with control effect graph,research based on active vibration control strategy power head vertical milling system stability,on this basis,the study on the simulationof milling process.In this article,the active control of the tool vibration of the single-power head and two-power head milling processing systems has improved the surface quality of the workpiece and the processing efficiency of the multi-power milling machine,and the stability of the system is ensured after the control is added...
