Graphene quantum dots(GQDs)was the new material researched from the graphene.GQDs owe the quantum confined effect and abundant functional group applied in electrocatalytic,photocatalytic,electrondevice,cell and many aspects.GQDs show the weak catalytic property,we doped the GQDs to improve its catalytic property that promote its use in the catalyst aspect.In this paper,we researched the catalytic property of GQDs.We briefly studied the catalytic use of N-GQDs and S-GQDs in fuel cells.1.We doped the GQDs with ammonium to prepare N-GQDs.And we research the element of N-GQDs with XPS equipments.Under the XPS results,we analyzed the nitrogen content and the doped structure in GQDs.We learned that the nitrogen doped structure were pyridine nitrogen and pyrrole nitrogen.We calculated the content of pyridine nitrogen.Then we conducted the ORR experiments and researched that the N-GQDs owe the good electrocatalytic property.We linked the ORR results with the content of pyridine nitrogen,and we researched the catalytic activity of N-GQDs promotes with the addition of pyridine nitrogen in ORR process.2.We also doped the GQDs with sulfur to prepare the S-GQDs.And we make XPS,TEM test of S-GQDs.And we analyzed the results and calculated the content of sulfur and specific contents of thiophene sulfur and oxide sulfur.After the experiments of ORR,we studied the thiophene sulfur elevates the electrocatalytic performance of S-GQDs with the addition of thiophene sulfur.
