Since the emergence of the employee stock ownership plans(ESOP)in the early 20 th century,it has been widely used in many countries.The ESOP has played an active role in solving the quantification and incentives of corporate human capital,the source of corporate funds,and the establishment of new labor relations.This paper first summarizes the background,significance,ideas and methods of the topic,and provides the necessary background for the research.Then briefly introduce the literature research results related to the ESOP,and the application of ESOP in the US,Japan and China.This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of HA company,finds out some problems faced by HA company in the competition,and analyzes the causes of the problem.In the face of external competition,personnel are continuously lost,and the core talent team cannot be formed,which seriously restricts the development of HA company.In order to solve the above problems,HA company began to implement the ESOP in 2015,establishing a new contract and incentive mechanism between the company and employees to promote the common development of employees and the company.Based on the analysis of the current situation of HA company and its internal and external environment,this paper analyzes the motivation and specific implementation process of HA company’s implementation of ESOP.HA company’s implementation of the ESOP has achieved some positive results,and there are still some problems.Based on the existing problems,the paper quantified and analyzed through interviews and questionnaires.On this basis,this paper puts forward the improvement measures of HA company’s follow-up ESOP.
