Methylnaphthalene is sulfonated with concentrated sulfuric acid,and then condensed through formaldehyde to form a naphthalenesulfonate dispersant.In this process,the specified condensation degree product is yielded by the strictly synthesis process,which is the key to the synthesis production.The product is purified by methanol desalted and ether diminished oil.The molecular weight of each polymer component in the methylnaphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation is identified by HPLC-MS,The largest molecular weight component is trapped by dialysis membrane,after lyophilization,component percent is checked by HPLC.Under optimized HPLC condition,the dialysis result is used as the standard reference substance,benzyl alcohol is of the internal standard that with interval 1.5min retention time,the internal standard working curve is worked out as Y=0.0068+0.18387 X,Which used to determine the maximum molecular weight component of condensation,it make possible of the multi-component condensation quantification by the ion-pair reagent.It is also scientific and efficient analytical procedure of choosing and adjusting the synthesis process of methylnaphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensation and ensure the stability of product quality.Wettable powder is still a classic large consumption pesticide formulation.through continuous innovation in production technology,companies that meet environmental requirements have now solved the problem of dust drift and noise pollution which have been criticized for many years.Wettable powder is still very popular among users because its simple process,low cost,convenient to transport and storage stability.The paper research is based on the domestic wettable powder manufaction process and aiming at the heat storage defect,In turn selecting the ingredient of pesticide prparation,that include wetting and dispersing agents,fillers,stabilizer.Main dispersant SD-610 4%,compound dispersant detergent LS 2%,wetting agent K12 2%,silicon dioxide 5%,kaolin replenishing,active ingredient 77.8%,wetting time 68 s,Suspension rate 87%,thermal storage suspension rate decreased by 4.5%.Preferably finding 80% ametryn Wettable powder excellent performance formulation which solves the troubled heat storage stability of this preparation.In the case of no increase of cost,excellent penetration and wetting properties ensure that the active ingredients of the pesticide preparation can be fully utilized after application,a good dispersion and heat storage stability,ensure that spray by consistent concentation can be improved the pesticide effect,avoiding the drug Harm and environmental pollution.
