Sustainable Tourism Evaluation Of Nature Reserves Based On United Nations SDGs

The nature reserve is an important part of China's nature reserve system.How to coordinate the contradiction between "insisting on strict protection,inheriting from generation to generation" and "insisting on ecology for the people and scientific utilization" requires scientific evaluation of recreational activities in the nature reserve.The evaluation system is the best tool to guide the sustainable development of tourism activities,but in the existing research literature,there are few scholars to carry out the sustainable tourism evaluation research on the nature reserve.The sustainable development goals and indicators put forward by the United Nations in 2015 can comprehensively measure the level of economic and social development of all countries in the world,and play a guiding role in the evaluation of sustainable tourism.Based on the sustainable development goals(SDGs)of the United Nations and the analysis of the matching between 230 indicators and the connotation of sustainable tourism,this paper conducts the preliminary screening of indicators,then through the direct selection,improvement,substitution and abandonment methods for the secondary screening,uses the combination of expert scoring method and AHP to determine the final indicator weight,and finally establishes the ecological sustainability as the guide The evaluation index system includes one objective layer,three guidance layers,eight indicator layers and 29 index layers.Through the comprehensive calculation and standardized conversion of the questionnaire data of 46 employees of tourism enterprises,statistical bulletin data and geographic information data provided by Daocheng Aden Scenic Spot Management Bureau,the evaluation system is applied to the evaluation of tourism development of Aden Nature Reserve.It is found that the tourism development of Aden Nature Reserve is in the stage of basic sustainable development,in which the economic sustainability is the strongest,and the evaluation score is 83.12%.It benefits from the significant economic contribution of tourism development.However,whether it is tourism practitioners or tourism industry,its development potential needs to be improved,and new growth points of tourism industry need to be explored in the process of tourism development;the society can sustain The evaluation score is 80.99%.In the indicator layer,social environment > social equality > social consciousness > social service.According to the gap of specific indicators,the following suggestions are put forward: on the one hand,improve the quality of various facilities,actively promote new energy equipment,and constantly improve the function and design of infrastructure according to the upgrading of tourists' needs,so as to better consider various tourism groups on the basis of the existing reception of tourism sites;on the other hand,strengthen the publicity of sustainable development ideas To provide training and guidance for tourism enterprises on sustainable development reports on a regular basis,so that local enterprises can become a demonstration group to implement the idea of sustainable development,improve residents' awareness and understanding of social security,and encourage them to actively purchase social security products;In addition,ecological sustainability is the main short board of Aden Nature Reserve.In the future,environmental protection measures and efforts should be further strengthened,and pay attention to the importance of land and freshwater biodiversity in the region.Minimize the possibility of loss of ecological resources or extinction of species,and maintain the existing advantages of local disaster resistance.The evaluation index system of sustainable tourism for nature reserves based on the SDGs of the United Nations proposed in this paper well matches the international focus on sustainable development,and further simplifies and optimizes the indexes based on the research results of the existing evaluation system of sustainable tourism,not only reducing the number of evaluation indexes to reduce the difficulty of data statistics These indicators are also improved to reflect the core connotation of sustainable tourism and combine with the new stage of social development in China.This paper takes Aden nature reserve as a case to make the initial evaluation of sustainable tourism,but this evaluation index system is not only applicable to Aden nature reserve,but also to a large number of other nature reserves in China.In the future,this evaluation index system can be further extended to Tianmu Mountain Nature Reserve,Gongga Mountain Nature Reserve and other places to realize the sustainable tourism development of nature reserves in China The comparison of the situation provides the basis for the adjustment of its tourism development mode.
