Hydrogen sulfide exists in all processes of oil and natural gas industry such as explorations,processing,follow-up treatment of all links.The of corrosion to metal pipelines and instruments from hydrogen sulfideaffects the processing of refined oil,pollutes the environment,endangers personal safety.In order to ensure the safety of people,reduce the harm of hydrogen sulfide to the production equipment and the influence of the subsequent processing of crude oil and reduce the pollution of hydrogen sulfide,this paper has developed suitable vulcanization for the present situation of high hydrogen sulfide content in crude oil and associated gas in tarim oilfield hydrogen removal process,developed a new type of crude oil desulfurization agent to reduce the crude oil and associated gas hydrogen sulfide content,so that the hydrogen sulfide content in crude oil reduced to a safe range.In this paper,based on the evaluation of the existing technologies and equipment for the de-hydrogenation of oil and gas fields in domestic and foreign oil and gas fields,a combination of physical and chemical processes is proposed to deal with the hydrogen sulfide in crude oil and associated gas in oil and gas field exploitation.,Using gas extraction + water-soluble high-performance hydrogen sulfide removal agent + complex iron method(advanced oxidation method).Designed a new type of hydrogen sulfide removal agent,the process parameters were optimized to reduce the crude oil and associated gas in the hydrogen sulfide content,and finally to achieve standard delivery.Through the indoor experiment of sulfur crude oil,compared with the existing desulfurization agent,screening,development and determination of new crude oil desulfurization agent formula,and its solubility,and the role of crude oil and its impact on the downstream refining and other aspects of the evaluation the through the desulfurization process and the actual construction site of the application conditions of comprehensive research,design a complete set of desulfurization device for field applications.The application of the technology in the field shows that the combination of the new crude oil desulfurizer formula and the physical gas extraction technology has achieved good results in terms of safety and environmental protection,desulfurization efficiency and downstream refining and so on.In the construction work,Good application prospects.
