Due to the tertiary microbial flooding,gel flooding in Erlian Oilfield in recent years,the content of polymer in the produced fluid gradually increased which increased the difficulty of oil-water separation and cannot meet the country's latest A2 quality requirements of injected water.Therefore,according to the investigation of the specific conditions of Ha1 Multi-purpose Station of Erlian Oilfield and referring to the advanced experience at home and abroad,it is ultimately determined that the oily waste water is treated with microbial method.In the process of operation,there is no need to add any chemicals,the residual sludge is less and there is no second pollution.In the later expansion of the scale of sewage treatment,micro-organism sewage treatment once operated can continue to use,not need two investment.The new method adopted in Ha 1 united station is based on the combination of the old three treatment methods,and mainly is biochemical treatment.Through screening,separating micro-organism,targeting field test,special microorganism that adapt to oily wastewater is screened,trained and domesticated in Ha 1 united station,and establish microbial oxygen pool on the original sewage treatment system in Ha 1 united station.By selecting the effective specific microbe own metabolism,the oil and organic matter in sewage is degradated and transformated.Then,using " specific microbial treatment + sedimentation + filter" process,in the premise of ensuring the effluent quality,the transformation of the oily wastewater treatment process with Ha 1 united station is transformed.By determining the reasonable technical parameters,the reinjection water meets even the Huabei ErLian oilfield water injection standard,to achieve the sewage reinjection standard.Ha 1 united station microbial wastewater treatment process is designed to process capability of 5000m3/d,after the treatment of oily wastewater it can reach the industry standard A2 quality technical index.The whole oily wastewater treatment technology set has better effect to achieve enough water injection.It will be profound influence for water injection development,yield stability and sustainable development in this oil field.The research result of this experiment has a good application prospect in oily sewage treatment station of whole oilfield,and it is expected to be popularized.
