In order to improve the waste water returning treatment effect corrosion & scaling control,based on the waste water characteristics of Qingpingchuan combined station,this thesis studies the waste watecomprehensive treatment process and the optimization of the treatment chemicals to realize the technical combination of waste water treatment,anticorrosion and scale-prohibiting. Through the onsite research,we have gained the following achievements: finding out the causes of the poor treatment effects; finishing thedemulsifying agent selection; research on water treatment technology and process;controlling of the dissolved oxygen by dosing agents to eliminate sulfur and sterilize and properly improve the p H value of the waste water; improving the elimination rate of HCO3-,S2-;Controlling corrosion by reducing the multiplication of thebacterium; decreasing the Ca 2+ in the water by properly improving the water p H and increase the elimination of Fe ions;causing the formation of Ca CO3 by the resultant coagulation and then remove the Ca CO3 by the absorption of the coagulation therefore to reduce the scaling of the waste water. Finally we achieved the following conclusions: the suspended matters content,oil content in the treated water can be reduced below 1.0mg/L when the following conditions are met: waste water p H value equals to 7.5,40mg/Lde-sulfuring agent dosing; 80mg/L PAC dosing,3mg/L organic coagulant agent and the dosing interval of the inorganic and organic coagulant should be 30 seconds. In order to guarantee the injected water quality and the normal water injection,the suspended matters content should be equal to or less than 3.0 mg/L and so does the oil content.The treatment process is as follows: phase separator →1000m3 oil removing tank → chemical dosing(agents for eliminating sulfur and sterilization)→5m3 reaction tank → sedimentation tank → modified fiber ball filter and parallel filtration of quartz.
