The sulphide in sewage is one of the main influencing factors of corrosion and scal inhibition.It is also the direct reasson of secondary pollution of water quality.The sulphide in sewage brings great harm to the development and production of oil fields.With inspection and test in the whole southern oilfield,the sulphide in sewage had been found.It is also the main factors affecting corrosion.It can be effectively reduced the corrosion rate of sewage and scaling phenomenon through the removal of hydrogen sulfide and sulfide in the wastewater.This paper focuses on current mainstream sulfur removal technology in China,and select the suitable desulfurization technology.The best sulfur removal technique was optimized and the related effects were evaluated and optimized through the design of labtory experiments and environmental simulation tests.Sulphur removal pilot test was carried out in the selected station of the southern region small joint station.Some related technology parametes were adjusted and got the optimization result.Optimum gas water ratio is optimized,evaluation and verification of the stability of sulfate generated by catalytic oxidation.The catalyzing oxidation sulfur feasibility and adaptability of the technology in the southern oil field application were confirmed.Research results show that the catalytic oxidation of fouling of sulphur removal technology is suitable for the southern oil field blocks that scaling is relatively low,the control of dissolved oxygen content under the condition of not more than 0.05 mg/L to effectively reduce the sulfide in sewage by 26 mg/L down to 0.1 mg/L,corrosion rate is reduced by 80%,the scaling tendence does not increasing at the same time.The corrosion rate of catalytic oxidation desulfurization technology and sterilization process is reduced by 94%.This technology can improve the initial viscosity of the sewage with polymer and can satisfy the needs for oilfield EOR.
