In the acidification process of the oil and gas wells, the first task is to solve theprotection issue of the corrosion by acid solution on the oil well casing. Using inhibitors is auser-friendly method also less investment and quick.In this paper, the inhibition capacities in indoor of acid inhibitors were evaluated. In thelaboratory we use coupon weigh loss method to evaluate the corrosion capacity offormaldehyde, ethylene polyamine and imidazoline. At40℃,60℃and80℃temperature,we add simulation completion fluids, corrosion inhibitors, acid and coupon to the test tube,eight hours in hot water heating, and then we can get the inhibitor rates from the qualitylessened. By changing the amount of corrosion inhibitor and temperature, the inhibitioncapacities of the three inhibitors above in the1.1g/cm3NaCl solution and the1.2g/cm3CaCl2solution were determined. Meanwhile the varying abilities of inhibitors under the sameconditions were distinguished, so we can determine the quality of the corrosion inhibitor.Finally we can reach the conclusion: the corrosion ability of imidazoline is stronger thanformaldehyde and ethylene polyamines.Through to choose two kinds of imidazoline corrosion inhibitor A and B evaluationexperiment, indoor activity union of two kinds of corrosion inhibitors for optimizing, thecorrosion inhibitor A have good compatibility with the scene, and the effect of corrosion isobvious.
