Bin five block was formally developed in 1987 and has 28 years of development history.With the development of water injection time,layer breakdown is not complete and well network is imperfect in later period,with development effectiveness deteriorates year by year,which restricted the oil recovery rate to further improve.Based on the coring,drilling and well logging data,the reservoir description method is used to deeply study the geological characteristics of the target reservoir.The method of data statistics is used to analyze the characteristics of the target reservoir development and the main problems currently faced.The residual oil distribution characteristics were studied by numerical simulation.The method of reservoir engineering is used to demonstrate the technical limits of well pattern,well spacing,injection volume and other parameters.On this basis,put forward a comprehensive adjustment program,and carried out the implementation of the oilfield and the effect analysisThe results show that there are large differences in physical properties of vertical reservoirs and unbalanced utilization of small layers,and the lack of energy in block strata is the main reason for the poor development results.Through logging secondary interpretation,we re-recognized the properties of 53 sublayers in 20 wells and found 31 new oil layers with a total of 202.6 m in total.Numerical simulation the error between the simulated reserves and calculated reserves of Bin five block is less than 5%,and the total fitted reserves and the total calculated reserves are 0.66%.For all the wells,oil production,production fluid and water are simulated The results show that the coincidence rate of fitting and fitting is more than 85%.Comparing with the result of dynamic analysis,it is confirmed that most of the single-well fitting quality is good and the reliability is high.The fitting results more accurately reflect the actual production status of each single well and various The change rule of parameters can represent the reality of reservoir development,and can be used to guide the next production by using the fitting result.After stratification,three sets of development strata are used.Proposed Bin five pieces of development and adjustment program,the program a total of33 new drilling deployment,20wells,13 wells,transfer 6,without adjusting the first three years the average annual oil production of 2.4×10~4t,15 end of 74.2%moisture content,21.5%.The adjusted production capacity of the first three years was 6.1×10~4t,with a newly increased production capacity of 3.7×10~4t.The oil recovery rate increased by 61.6%.At the end of the15th year,the water content was 94.7%.Oil accumulation increased by 45.3×10~4t.The recovery rate reached 28.9%and the recovery rate reached 32%.Finally,through the actual development of results analysis,and compared with the basic program,the forecast period of new cumulative production of 228,000 tons of oil.
