Study On Enterprise Efficiency Supervision In Shengli Oilfield

Enterprise efficiency supervision is a comprehensive management and control work to improve enterprise efficiency.Research on performance monitoring in Shengli oilfield enterprises,analysis of the existing search efficiency supervision work problems and deficiencies,formulate measures to solve the problem,which not only enrich and improve the theory of efficiency supervision,and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of efficiency supervision,improve economic efficiency,management efficiency,social efficiency and effectiveness of anti-corruption.This issue in order to strengthen the effectiveness of monitoring of Shengli oil field enterprise for the purpose,mainly adopts literature review,statistical analysis,data analysis,empirical analysis,comparison and other research methods,systematically studies on the supervision work of Shengli oilfield development situation,search efficiency supervision work problems,analyze the causes,countermeasures.Here,the thesis first discusses the basic theory of efficiency supervision,and introduces the concept,characteristics and working procedure of effectiveness supervision.Secondly,in-depth analysis of the basic situation,the supervision work of Shengli Oilfield work flow and matters needing attention,from the ideological understanding,concept,scope of inspection,working method,operation mechanism,team building and found the problem.Third,put forward the countermeasures to strengthen the supervision work of Shengli Oilfield: strengthen propaganda,raise awareness,keep pace with the demand,update the work ethic;extension of supervision tentacles,expand the scope of work;strengthen the study,improve working methods;strengthen organizational leadership,improve work efficiency;pay close attention to team building,improve the level of work.In this regard,we will improve and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the effectiveness monitoring work,optimize and improve the production and management matters,and promote and ensure the scientific development of the oilfield.
