The bacteria in the reinjection water can corrode the equipment and pipeline,deteriorate the quality of the reinjection water and block the formation.The most common way to solve this problem is to use fungicides.The water treatment agent will be degraded by bacteria and affect the treatment effect.Because of the drug resistance of the bacterium,residual oil,polymers and suspended solids,the germicidal efficacy of fungicides is reduced,and the research difficulty of fungicides is increased.The project will develop new type fungicides suitable for wastewater containing polymer to improve the germicidal efficacy.At the same time,the experimental and simulation methods are used to study the bactericidal mechanism of bactericides,which provide a certain theoretical basis for the research of bactericides.Three new types of fungicides are designed and prepared in this paper: Phosphate betaine bactericide,metronidazole quaternary ammonium salt bactericide and quaternary ammonium sulfate bactericide.The structures of the new fungicide are determined by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and time of flight mass spectrometry.By investigating the effects of three kinds of bactericides on the turbidity and viscosity of the wastewater,the relationship between the structure and compatibility of the fungicides is explored.The sterilization effect of bactericides is determined by the method of extinction dilution,and the relationship between the bactericides of different structures and the effect of germicidal efficacy is obtained.Coarse grained molecular dynamics simulation is used to simulate different kinds of fungicides.The interaction mechanism between bactericides and bacteria is analyzed through analysis,and the relationship between germicidal efficacy and bactericide molecular structure is discussed by QSAR module.The results show that three types of Fungicides have no effect on the turbidity and viscosity and have good compatibility.All the three kinds of bactericides have good bactericidal effect.The bactericidal effect of metronidazole quaternary ammonium salt and quaternary ammonium sulfate is better.It can control the number of SRB well and make it reach the control standard of oil field.The results of coarse-grained molecular dynamics simulation indicate that although the three fungicides are positively charged,and the cell membrane is negatively charged to the outer basal base,the attacking to the cell membrane is mainly the alkyl group rather than the positively charged group.The results of QSAR simulation show that sulfonic acid groups are beneficial to improve the bactericidal index and provide guidance for the further development of bactericides.
