Cationic quaternary ammonium fungicide is one of common fungicides in the oil field sewage.Along with the increase in amount,it caused some microbial resistance increases gradually,and caused such microbicides bactericidal effect gradually reduce;With the development of polymer injection in mining,the sewage anionic polymer will react with traditional cationic fungicides in the polymer flooding water injection system,active ingredients in fungicide greatly reduced.The traditional cationic fungicide not only kills the bacteria,but also has a high corrosion rate.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a high efficient fungicide suitable for the use of polymer-containing sewage.This article made benzyl chloride and divinyl three amine as raw material to achieve synthesis of organic amine fungicide,determine its optimum synthesis condition,evaluation its bactericidal effect in polymer-containing water and its compatibility in surface water treatment systems,such as corrosion inhibitor,scale inhibitor.By single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to determine the best technology of synthetic fungicides,when reactants benzyl chloride mass fraction is 35%,the reaction medium is 1,4-dioxane,reaction temperature is 50 ?,reaction time is 2.5 h,stirring speed is 100 r/min,the reactant conversion rate can reach more than 96%.Add the fungicide to polymer-containing sewage and evaluate its bactericidal effect,when the additive quantity is 60 mg/L,the sterilization rate of sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)can reach 99%,the sterilization rate of FB and TGB rate can reach 100%.By studying the transmittance and the content of suspended solid,reflect whether the fungicide reacted with polymer precipitation formation,determine whether the synthetic fungicide react with polymer.The results show that the transmission ratio does not change significantly over time,suspended solid content basically unchanged;When the concentration of fungicide adding amount to 60 mg/L,the viscosity of polymer solution dropped a rate of 11.3%,polymer solution viscosity after adding the quaternary ammonium decreased 26.5%,blank decrease rate is 78.7%;When the fungicide is 40~80 mg/L,the average corrosion rate of sewage is lower than 0.076 mm/a.There was no interaction between the corrosion inhibition of SL-2C corrosion inhibitor and the sterilization rate of the antibacterial agent synthesized in this experiment.Fungicide has a negative effect for organic phosphonic acid scale inhibitors of HEDP.If pipelines scaling is serious in surface water treatment systems,we can change the drug adding order to achieve the goal of descaling and sterilization.
