The coiled tubing is likely to chuck when it is hoisting. The traditional way is to use the injection head directly to improve the chuck, and this method may fail.According to the coiled tubing card design and research, this paper based on the actual oil production, the design of a coiled tubing unfreezing device, can rise auxiliary card card in solution in the coiled tubing, the device uses an external hydraulic cylinder as the lifting and lower power,to achieve the vertical movement of the coiled tubing. The overall design of the coiled tubing lifting card,is divided into three parts, which are supporting part, lifting part, suspension parts;supporting part is the corresponding supporting seat;lifting parts of the main components for the lifting oil cylinder, moving slip, spring;suspension of main components for hanging slip.In this paper, the mechanical analysis of kava is carried out,and the design of the hydraulic cylinder, such as lifting oil cylinder,is selected. In this paper,ANSYS workbench is used to analyze the moving part of the device, and the kava tooth and its height are optimized. In this paper, the hydraulic system of the device is designed, and the hydraulic system is simulated by AMESim software to study whether the hydraulic system can meet the working requirements of the device. This paper successfully completed the design of continuous tubing lifting and unclamping device, and proved by finite element analysis that the device can safely realize the lifting and unclamping of coiled tubing. At the same time, the simulation of hydraulic system proves that the hydraulic system can ensure the device to unclamp.
