With the strategic transformation of China's energy development,strict control of the consumption of fossil energy(coal)mining,China's coal mines continue to develop efficiently and large-scale,the degree of mechanized mining is becoming more and more popular,and the comprehensive mining equipment is constantly moving toward large-scale development.Due to the limited working space of the mine and the lack of operation equipment for large-scale equipment,the large-scale mining equipment used for comprehensive mining has more and more difficulties in uphole and underground transportation,which seriously restricts the downhole installation and operation rate of these large-scale equipment,and has become a mine technology.A major technical difficulty faced by personnel and a focus on safety production.In view of the practical difficulties of this type of production,the technical requirements for the operation of the above-mentioned large-scale mining equipment in the uphole and downhole are combined with the actual working conditions of the mine to develop the special equipment for lifting and assembly.The purpose is to improve the equipment of this type of large equipment.Transfer to the field rate,reduce the labor intensity of workers,and reduce the labor safety risks under the constraints of uphole and downhole working conditions.The main work of this topic is as follows:1)In view of the structural characteristics of the existing large-scale fully mechanized mining equipment and the on-site production conditions of coal mines,in order to meet the needs of high-efficiency and safe large-scale mine development,based on the design concepts of versatility and flexibility,this type of large-scale mining equipment is proposed.Design solutions for uphole,downhole lifting and assembly equipment;2)According to the design requirements of large-scale mining special lifting equipment,using the basic theory of engineering mechanics,the mechanical mathematical model of key parts(bearing beam,hydraulic lifting strut)is established,and its structural design method is given,based on its practical application.Working conditions and bearing characteristics,the selection of materials and manufacturing methods for key components(bearing beams,hydraulic lifting columns);3)Based on the established mechanical model,using modern analysis and calculation software to simulate and check the model,the static and dynamic working characteristics of the main key components of the equipment are given.The results show that the model is reasonable and the structure design was reliable.Safety;4)According to the technical requirements of the operation and operation process of the device,the design principle of the hydraulic working circuit of the control system was obtained,and the method of selecting and checking the hydraulic components applied was summarized.After practical application,the system was designed reasonably,run smoothly.Figure [36] Table [18] Reference [68]...
