With the development of China's economy and the increase of energy demand,more and more long distance pipelines have been put into use one after another.There has been a difficult problem in the process of pipeline laying and later renovation and maintenance,which is the construction of pipe butt pipe.In order to cope with this problem,the stress distribution at the weld seam of the nozzle has been analyzed and the intelligent device for pipe butt nozzle developed in this paperWith an analysis of the butt weld pipe interface stress under different internal pressure load condition employing ANSYS,this paper calculates the butt pipe space analytic solution,construct a nozzle docking model,studies the influence of internal pressure,the pipeline weld angle on stress concentration coefficient,and determines the optimal layout scheme of minimum stress state takeover.In order to realize the intelligence of the nozzle,the intelligent counterpart device is to be developed in this subject.The device consists of a mechanical part and a control part.According to the measurement part of the device design theory to solve the relative position of the two nozzle section space,this paper intends to probe a way of collecting the necessary data and calculation analysis.According to the program to determine the best take over,it determines the marking and trajectory equation,with the cutting trajectory drawn by the underlined part on the pipe wall accurately,serving as the tube incision position.Via the analysis of stress concentration on the interface weld and the development of intelligent device for pipe coupling,this paper provides an effective reference plan in addressing the construction problems of pipeline joint.
