| Fully mechanized mining equipment is an important equipment to realize safe,high-yield and efficient production in coal mine.In the environment of high temperature,humidity and dust for a long time,equipment failure often occurs.In order to reduce the impact of equipment failure on safety and production,manual inspection is often carried out under the shutdown state.This maintenance mode is not only inefficient and labor intensive,but also can not find potential hiddendanger in time Therefore,this paper takes Yaoqiao Coal Mine of China Coal Group as the engineering background,takes the running current of the fully mechanized mining equipment as the signal source,takes PLC as the control and data core,and adopts the upper computer system of C/S and B/S mixed mode architecture to carry out the research on the condition monitoring of the fully mechanized mining equipment,which is of great practical significance to ensure the safe and efficient production of Yaoqiao Coal Mine.First of all,the composition of mechanical and electrical equipment in Yaoqiao Coal Mine fully mechanized mining face is analyzed,and the common faults of fully mechanized mining equipment are studied and summarized,the monitoring object and parameters of equipment status are determined,the pressure drop of remote starting equipment is simulated and analyzed,and the control of fully mechanized mining equipment is discussed.Secondly,according to the equipment configuration,control and communication conditions of Yaoqiao mine,the overall design of the working face equipment status monitoring system is carried out,the field data collection,underground network transmission and the ground upper computer display framework with PLC as the core are constructed,and the hardware configuration of the equipment status monitoring system is designed.Then,according to the characteristics of equipment condition monitoring in fully mechanized mining face,the PLC software for data collection of current,fault status,start and stop status of fully mechanized mining equipment is programmed to realize the real-time monitoring of equipment load status,and the running time and fault status under various load status are counted.The upper computer architecture of C/S and B/S mixed mode is used to design the client-side human-computer interface based on WinCC,which realizes the dynamic display and management of the operation status information.Finally,the data acquisition box,sensors and other equipment of the condition monitoring system of the fully mechanized mining equipment are installed at the switch train of the fully mechanized mining working face.According to the equipment communicationprotocol,the communication function of each equipment is tested,the communication network is built,the field hardware and software are debugged,and the communication function of the system is comprehensively tested by the upper computer on the ground.The results show that the design requirements are met.The paper has 79 papers,17 tables and 85 references. |
