In the process of building smart mines,monitoring the fully mechanized mining face plays a vital role.The virtual monitoring system of fully mechanized mining face is an important content of remote monitoring and exploration research,which can realize the overall real-time monitoring of fully mechanized mining face equipment and environment.However,current research pays more attention to technological breakthroughs and superposetion of functions,while ignoring the exploration of human-computer interaction has led to low system identification efficiency,poor ease of use and ease of learning,and even incomplete functions and low fault tolerance,resulting in poor system user experience.This paper redesigns the interactive logic and interface vision of the virtual monitoring system through the theory and method of interactive design,uses virtual reality simulation technology to complete the system development,realizes the free interaction of the interface,the roaming of virtual scenes and real-time monitoring,and achieves the improvement of virtual reality.The purpose of monitoring system user experience.The main research contents and results are as follows:First,based on the theories and methods of user experience design and contextual design,the contextual experience level design method of the virtual monitoring system interface is proposed.Based on the user,this method analyzes the characteristics and status quo of the system environment,the user's characteristics and needs and the content of the system,and builds the context system of the virtual monitoring system based on this,and establishes a system functional framework that meets the needs of the user.Second,the interface design scheme of the virtual monitoring system is proposed.In the interface design process based on "concept-prototype-visual",combined with human-computer vision theory,Fitz's law theory and color psychology theory,the interface layout,element color and shape are analyzed,and interactive logic design results are obtained.The fidelity design result and the high fidelity design result have completed the design scheme of the virtual monitoring system with good experience.Third,based on virtual reality simulation technology,a virtual monitoring system for fully mechanized mining face is constructed.Analyzed the specific methods to realize the functions of virtual scene,interactive interface,visual chart and so on,and developed the system prototype.Fourth,based on the theories and methods of system usability scale evaluation and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,comprehensive and quantitative testing and evaluation of the design plan were carried out from the macro perspective and the influence of multiple factors.The experimental results show that the usability and user experience score of the design scheme are high,which verifies the rationality of the design method.The interface interaction design method of the virtual monitoring system proposed in this paper can fully consider the mutual relationship and interaction of users,environment and products,and take the user as the center to obtain a virtual monitoring system for fully mechanized mining face with usability and good user experience.The interface design scheme provides theoretical support for the interaction design of the same type of interface.
