Nowadays,complex air pollution mainly caused by fine particles and ozone and regional environmental pollution are urgent environmental problems that need to be solved in my country.The traditional single environmental monitoring technology can no longer meet the needs of environmental management.This paper integrates the monitoring technology provided by the project to build a three-dimensional air-ground integrated air pollution monitoring technology system under complex terrain,forms related quality control methods,develops a data fusion and comprehensive application platform,and conducts technology application demonstrations in Chengdu-Chongqing area to realize the functions of environmental status and quality display,pollutant tracing,pollution prediction and early warning,etc.The main conclusions of this article are as follows:1.The transport pathways around Chengdu are mainly southward through Leshan to Yibin and Luzhou,and northward affecting Mianyang and Deyang.The transport pathway around Chongqing is mainly along the southwest-northeast direction of the East Sichuan fold belt,Nanchong-Hechuan-Chongqing-Luzhou.The urban transport pathway in the central part of the basin is Nanchong-Suining-Ziyang-Meishan-Ya'an.2.An space-air-ground integrated monitoring system under complex terrain has been initially formed,and integrated sky-ground monitoring under complex terrain conditions should have monitoring capabilities at two scales:regional pollution transmission and local key pollution source area.Observation at the regional transmission scale needs to take into account the characteristics of regional transportation on the basis of existing monitoring stations,supplement the three-dimensional monitoring capabilities on key transportation channels,and reflect the advantages of space-air-ground integrated in the three-dimensional monitoring of pollutants.For the local key source areas,it is necessary to quickly obtain the three-dimensional spatial distribution of air pollutants on a smaller spatial scale and shorter time scale,and the real-time tracking capabilities of DOAS system,vehicle navigation system and UAV monitoring system should be fully utilized.3.Some preliminary conclusions are obtained by using joint observation and application platform.The NOx concentration at the longevity observation site remained low during the day,except that it increased slightly in the morning,mainly due to the influence of local traffic sources,and continued to increase at night,which may be due to local emissions.During the daytime in summer,the decrease of NO concentration and the increase of NO2 concentration may be related to the daytime high temperature.The diurnal variation of local solar radiation is the main reason for the variation of ozone concentration,while without solar radiation and the reaction between NO and O3,the concentration remains stable at night.On the ground observation surface,the concentration of fine particles in winter is more than twice as much as that in winter.From the vertical detection,we can know that there are more large particles above 2.5?m near the ground and mainly small particles below 2.5?m in the upper air.The high concentration of fine particles at night may be related to local emissions.4.By analyzing the pollution in Leshan in winter,we can know that the height of the mixing layer in winter is low.During a pollution episode in December,the main pollutant,PM10,transported sand and dust from Gansu and Shaanxi provinces to the Leshan observation site by the cold air moving south.
