With the rapid development of urban economy,the contradictions between urban water supply and demand are increasingly prominent,the limited water resources has already not met the requirement of the rapid increase of water demand,water has become an important factor for the national economic development and people's living standards improvement.In order to promote the industry and economy,water resources and the environment coordinated development,plating industry should take the lead in execution rules of industrial water reuse.To solve the problem of serious shortage of water resources in Tianjin,to adapt to the rapid development of urban economy,in line with the fully embody save water,reduce water treatment cost,improve the utilization ratio of resources repetition principle,according to the centralization of samiliary enterprises and the environmental protection requirements,Wuqing District proposed for centralized renovation for existing small and medium-sized electroplating enterprises,moved them into the electroplating park for the unified management,decided to construct an electroplating wastewater treatment station under Limeng Surface Treatment(Tanjin)co.,LTD.The electroplating wastewater treatment station of Limeng Surface Treatment(Tianjin)co.,LTD is located in the Chinese Bicycle Kingdom Industrial Park,Wuqing District,Tianjin.It collects of washing wastewater from electroplating production process,the project capacity is 2000 m~3/d,using the chemical precipitation-microfiltration(CP-MF)treatment technology.The influent of the electroplating wastewater treatment station is chromium-containing wastewater,and the effluent uses the reverse osmosis(RO)process for further treatment and is reused to industry.This thesis introduced the origin,characteristics and hazard of electroplating wastewater,analyzed the development trend of electroplating wastewater treatment,reviewed the common electroplating wastewater treatment technology and research progress,simply compared the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies.According to the electroplating wastewater characteristics,two sets of treatment scheme were put forward,namely the CP-MF process and the traditional chemical precipitation-filtration process.After comparision from equipment,land requirement,investment,operation cost and other economic indexes,the CP-MF process was chosen,and the detailed process design was carried out.The total investment of electroplating wastewater treatment station was 8.6199 million yuan,covered an area of 1200 m~2.After the completion of the project,the effluent was mainly used for industrial water,besides it can not only alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of urban water resources,but also create a greater social,environmental and economic benefit for the city,therefore,the electroplating wastewater treatment and reuse project of Limeng Surface Treatment(Tianjin)co.,LTD.is the need for sustainable development of city economy,is the requirement for national technology policy,is imperative.
